Big breakfast buffet in an attatched restaurant. Large rooms. Very, very outdated. Location was not in a great area. Noise in hallway.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff friendly, and helpful. The bathroom sink was partially clogged. The hotel is very hard to find coming from the east.

Appreciate being pet friendly...Staff was pleasant and accomodating. Will intend to stay again when in the area... Breakfast buffet hot offerings were cold...selections were great

My husband was very happy that you had smoking rooms and also king size beds. It was nice that there was a bar and resturant in the hotel.

The friendliness of staff, especially Emily. My booking was an overbook reschedule and I didn't get the info until I was on the road. I didn't have access to computer and Emily was very calm and helpful in working with Booking.com to get my reservations set up and complete. She also made a follow up call to verify which was very refreshing since most people who say they will call back never do. Our room was on the first floor by the atruim, the noise level was a little distracting.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Barking dogs. we were in room 475. Friday night two dogs in the court yard started barking about 8:30. By 9:45 I called the front dest to let them know about the problem. They said someone would stop the barking, but that did not happen until after 11 PM. Again at 4 am they were waking the dogs in the hall and as they were taken outside the dogs barked. We were in town for a 50th wedding anniversary and I was very tired on Saturday. I am not sure what the answer is but I do know we will now look for a place where dogs are not allowed!!!

This is an exceptionally clean facility with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It is in a convenient location with many restaurants close by. I have no complaints.
