This hotel had everything our party needed for a great trip, nice people, great room, swimming pool/sauna, and steam room, washer/dryer room which was locked for safety. The hotel was located very close1.5 miles from the vineyards and within walking distance from the town centre.

The only negative I would say is that you have to eat breakfast from styrofoam bowls and plates and it can get a little cramped in the breakfast area although there is an annex to eat.

Room was clean and large, bed was comfortable, and the staff very nice. They were very accommodating, move us to a downstairs room when our room was located on second.

    No elevator for older people.

Big room. Clean and well appointed. Fairly comfy bed with good choice of pillows. Good location. Walking distance to town (just over 5 minutes, maybe 10 to centre or beyond). Note: it's a bit dark at night. Pool and hot tub not luxurious but perfectly good to use. Warm pool and hot tub. Overall the whole place felt like good value for money, above expectation.

Air conditioning not great. Big loud unit on the wall controlled via thermostat on opposite wall. Breakfast area was tiny and consequently chaotic. Not v relaxing start to the day to be competing with other guests for table space and food. Wifi stopped working on 2nd day. We weren't there long so wasn't a big issue. The front desk acknowledged someone had reported a problem when we checked out and said someone was going look into it.

Location to town. Comfort of beds.

Would like to have gluten-free options for breakfast. At least bread for toast. Manager said they were looking into it.

Big room, very clean and with a great bed. The interior courtyard was very nice and quiet. Good location for visiting Napa Valley.

Even though breakfast was decent enough, I would replace the disposable plates and forks with proper ones, as you they give a very cheap feeling. It shouldn't be such a big investment and it could make all the difference.

Great location in Calistoga - walking distance to downtown and the Solage resort. Best hotel bed we've had in a long time (and we spent the last month on the road). Room was clean, well maintained and staff friendly. Hot continental breakfast was good, especially the coffee.

We liked everything about the hotel. It was a great value and I would certainly stay there again. We usually stay in a much more expensive hotel but we wanted to add a night to our stay and our normal place was booked up. I found this hotel on the internet and booked one night. I might have to rethink my fancier, more expensive place. We could afford a fancy dinner or 3 or 4 bottles of mid price wine with the money we saved. It was very clean, nice bathroom, cute little balcony and a good breakfast. I would highly recommend it.

Rooms are spacious. Appointments are comfortable but not plush.

Property is old style 50-60's two story outdoor upstairs access. Walls are not thick or noise proof so it is noisy in the mornings or later evenings. I understand the rates are high due to demand in the area but it. Still seems high for value.
