I liked the desk clerk that signed me in on my arrival, I liked the quietness of the building, my room was pleasant.

After my shower, I walked around barefoot on the carpet and when I went back into the bathroom, I left dirty footprints behind on the still damp floor. I was shocked for that meant the room carpet must have been really dirty. Not a good thing. The pillows were lumpy; I've never had pillows like those in a Best Western before.

My room was clean and comfortable. Stayed here because of the price, location and reviews. I would absolutely stay here again!

Didn't like the tv - whenever there's even a moderate amount of motion in the picture, the screen "scrambles" so you miss some of the show. Very irritating.

It was a very nice place. I left my computer in the room and the maid was soooo honest that she turned it in to the front desk. Thank you for hiring such honest and friendly employees. The hotel was great except for the sleeping arrangements. I was under the impression through Book.com that the room had 2 queen beds NOT DOUBLE. So, needless to say, we didn't sleep well or the size of the pillows were like mini pillows on steroids. They were awfully uncomfortable. The rest of the place was just fine. When we checked in the front desk clerk was one of the friendliest I've encountered in a long time. Thank you!! P.S. I did call the manager who never returned my phone call about my computer and the honesty of the maid.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was in town for the Quarter Horse Congress and brought my aunt with me. The hotel worked out very well. We were close to the fairgrounds, shopping and really good food!

A bug in the bathroom. A bug in my daughter bed. Told morning manager at the desk, and the staff took it very lightly. Hotel is only aprox. 3 years old, Breakfast was terrible, eggs,bagels etc.

It is nice place to stay near the airport. Nice room, clean, all facilities. which I needed. My room No. was 312. I tried swimming pool and it was so fine.

The breakfast was very moderate, but when you stay here only 2 days, it is OK. The transport to downtown is complicated. You must to go by taxi. Trafic transport is not good,

Best Western plus port Columbus is a fantastic place for Guests any day. The staff are wonderful and friendly, warm and hospitable, attentive and promptly responds to any need from the Guest. The rooms are clean and decent. They are quite inviting, and make you feel at home while in their care. Above all, it's safe for lodging and quite affordable. It is easily accessible. Given the chance again, I will doubtless want to lodge there, and perhaps anywhere else I go and can find one Best Western.

I am afraid, I can't think of anything for now in this regards.
