Best Western President Hotel at Times Square

The fact that it was clean, (bed made and fresh towels every day) a comfortable bed and right round the corner from times square yet there was no noise from Times Square.

The bath room was a little on the small side so only one person at a time could use it. The decor meant that the hotel is a little on the dark side.

I liked the location and the price best of all. The room was good and basically clean and comfortable for the city.

I did not like that I was unable to get the 2 rooms near one another even though I booked a couple of months ago. Also, the mirror in the room was not secure and fell off the wall and luckily I escaped injury.

I like the location of this hotel, it is right at the heart of TimeSquare. The room is clean and it is quiet.

The corridors are a bit dark and elevators are small.

First night I think we were given a single rather than a double but charged for double. Ther only real disappointment of otherwise splendid stay.

the location was perfect for Times Square and Broadway.

The mini bus which we booked through the hotel, to take us to JFK, and paid for in full 24 hours in advance, never arrived and put a damper on our vacation.

Everything was fine except that during my stay, the noise and long shouting matches of my neighbours.made me uneasy/uncomfortable.

The room was very very small ,, I change to another hotel after 3 nights and its more space , quite , clean and price less

very central,very comftable,lovely design,modern with a relaxing attmosphere.

Location, location, location... clean and good price for the quality of the room.

Minor note, it's a little confusing figuring out where the front desk is.

best possible location for a tourist in manhatten.reasonably priced comparing with other similar hotels.

too small rooms

Convenient to Times Square, tube stations, bus tour stops.

Room rather small for three people but not too much of a problem as only there for two nights. I booked a junior suite but it was not as shown on the website. Heaters were on in our room so unbearably hot. Managed to get the air conditioners working eventually. Entrance lobby very nice but corridors to rooms very poorly lit with dark wallpaper. First impression was I wouldn't like to stay there on my own because of the dark corridors but had a very enjoyable stay. I was not given a receipt when checking out just handed in my keys at reception. It wasn't until after I left that I realised I had no proof of payment or amount taken from my credit card.
