Best Western Plus President Hotel at Times Square    

Cleanness and good location.

The room was very small.

The hotel accommodated my late check in and was generally well staffed with friendly employees Rooms were well kept though the handicap rail in my shower was rusted out at one end and the hair dryer was broken over all for the price can't be beat

Beds are tiny. I'm not that tall(178cm) but the bed that I had was horrendously short. I needed to sleep diagonally

The next morning, the response of the front desk to my complaint was terrific,and I was changed into a lovely room, more up to the pricing. It was spacious and the furniture was in very good condition. Based on the second room, I'd say my stay was well worth it. Thank you.

For the first night the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room was kind of shabby and the size of a postage stamp. For over two hundred dollars a night, I was not thrilled, but it was so late (after 2 AM when I arrived) I was too tired to do any thing but go to sleep. This room was number 600.

All staff were excellent, especially helpful were Sunny at reception and the big guy concierge (even took my completed laundry to my room when I was out of the hotel. Excellent service.

The computers in the basement were too slow. I inserted $5 for an internet session but the money expired before Google had loaded up. Processors are too slow.

Being in Times Square where all the action is. Staff is very accommodating & friendly. The decor of the hotel is very beautiful, and the suite was very clean and just the right size for our group of 4.

There wasn't anything we disliked about the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Our coffee maker has overflowed with previous people and the different stains has run down the wall. It was dry for days and was never cleaned in our 4 day stay, all though stains was there before we came. Room 815. One lady at reception was rude with people booking in. The other staff at reception was very friendly.

Size of the room and cost of the room. $830 for 3 night is just crazy for the size of the room we were given.

Great location, so close to time square!

Dark and musty corridors, very old heating/cooling system that was very loud and not very efficent, lumpy/hard pillows, no laundry facilities. Nothing like the picture on there website.

Location, cost friendly for Time Square, friendly front desk staff.comfortable bed, I would stay there again and will recomend to others.

Supplies ect left in hallway the entire time we were there, walken in wrong room by mistake and the housekeeper was laying on the couch watching TV, bath tub needed to be replaced or cleaned better. More blankets.

The location was good as it was close to Times Square and 5th avenue

The hotel is over priced and it is not possible to sleep due to the slamming doors and the loud ice machine that is next to the rooms . Simply I was disappointed for the money I paid

The decoration and location.

When we first got there, they tried to give me the wrong room and didn't even apologize for messing up our reservation. When we got to our room, one hour after our check-in time, our ipod dock was broken and the window to our room, when opened, smelled like Chinese food. Our air conditioner barely worked and every time we came back to our room, it was always hot and stuffy.

Proximity to Times Square

Room far too small.small beds. Towels not changed properly. Asweet on floor in corner, also cigarette packet on the tiny balcony we had, also chewing gum, there when we arrived. Still there 6 days laterwhen we left.

The location was excellent it was near time square and it was also quiet!

The bed was small for two persons as also the room was too small. We didnt have any room to move.

BW hotel location perfect, right next to Times square, great for visiting NYC, for friends, couples. Definetly would be back.

The place

The dirtiness of closet and bath tab. The dirtiness of the table as nobody cleaned the room before we arrived. We took a cleaner material and cleaned bathroom and closet by ourselves because there was no housekeeper at night. The heater is not working and they talled us that it is hot. After a long conversation they found a portable heater. And it is very noisy.

We like the location and the value. It is an older hotel but located in the best area. 4 blocks to Times Square, Rockefeller Center. 2 blocks to Restaurant Row and the heart of Broadway.
