The fact that it was clean, (bed made and fresh towels every day) a comfortable bed and right round the corner from times square yet there was no noise from Times Square. The bath room was a little on the small side so only one person at a time could use it. The decor meant that the hotel is a little on the dark side. |

Location was very good The Staff were all so rude and unhelpful, the toilet got blocked at least once a day. |

I liked the location and the price best of all. The room was good and basically clean and comfortable for the city. I did not like that I was unable to get the 2 rooms near one another even though I booked a couple of months ago. Also, the mirror in the room was not secure and fell off the wall and luckily I escaped injury. |

The Lobby, location When we first arrived to the hotel the room was a disgrace it was absoloutely tiny so we went down to complain and they gave us an upgrade, the upgrade room was bigger however the door was broke, the safe would not open, the toilet would not flush, the phone wouldnt work and the air con wouldnt work one night it was 94 degrees in the room i would never go back to this hotel and it is far from a 4 star |

I like the location of this hotel, it is right at the heart of TimeSquare. The room is clean and it is quiet. The corridors are a bit dark and elevators are small. |

The location was the big draw - midtown and close to the theatre district. The whole building (stairways, elevators, etc) felt cramped and short on space. The exercise facility was not yet open. |

its was a great location, close tp everything. didnt take a cab once it was small. as is every hotel in new york! great value for location! I would stay there again for sure. |

Location was perfect - everything you needed within a block or two. Concierge desk very helpful, friendly doormen. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Ice machines on only three floors, and the one closest to my floor never had ice. Single cup coffee machine in room - brewed one cup at a time and shut off, so coffee got cold fast. A microwave and fridge would have been nice amenities. Only one computer and printer for entire hotel so had to wait in line to print anything. |

location. Desk staff, indeed staff in general.sense of warmth and friendliness about hotel. First night I think we were given a single rather than a double but charged for double. Ther only real disappointment of otherwise splendid stay. |

The location of the hotel was good for my stay and i did enjoy my stay there. The guys at the front desk were efficient - i would love to point out 2 exceptionally efficient people but can't remember their names (one is a tall fair guy on the afternoon shift of 27th thru 29th of October and the other his back to back i suppose - a female that uses glasses. also commending the lady at the bar Jannette. I had a nice time and will definately be back there in Sept or Oct 2010 with my family and other friends |

the location was perfect for Times Square and Broadway. The mini bus which we booked through the hotel, to take us to JFK, and paid for in full 24 hours in advance, never arrived and put a damper on our vacation. |

accessibility to city proper (times square), shopping district. Everything was fine except that during my stay, the noise and long shouting matches of my neighbours.made me uneasy/uncomfortable. |

The location of the hotel is really excellent, the rooms were recently renovated and have new equipment, free wireless internet is available. The elevators were quite slow. |

The hotel was very central in Manhatten and when entering the hotel the new refurbishment represented a modern and trendy feel which is new for a Best Western Hotel. Service not very friendly on arrival. Staff seemed disinterested and harrassed. On checkout very helpful,friendly and obliging.(Thank-you Suny) |

It was centrally located and affordable. It was very noisy, the toilet was running and no one fixed it. The pipes in the walls were also clanging all night. |

Convenient to Times Square, tube stations, bus tour stops. Room rather small for three people but not too much of a problem as only there for two nights. I booked a junior suite but it was not as shown on the website. Heaters were on in our room so unbearably hot. Managed to get the air conditioners working eventually. Entrance lobby very nice but corridors to rooms very poorly lit with dark wallpaper. First impression was I wouldn't like to stay there on my own because of the dark corridors but had a very enjoyable stay. I was not given a receipt when checking out just handed in my keys at reception. It wasn't until after I left that I realised I had no proof of payment or amount taken from my credit card. |
