Not really alot I liked about the Hotel except the location, Oh and the concierge was helpful Very poor experience. Firstly the pictures on the website to not allow you to appreciate the poor quality and small size of the rooms. I arrived and my heart sank when I viewed the room. The window looked into a wall and there was not enough room to open my suitcase. We had to upgrade to a larger room at a cost of 200 dollars extra. Equally a poor experience. The bathroom was small and inadequate. The overall cost was the same as the best hotels in nyc, even though the experience was extremely poor. In fact it ruined our whole holiday. The staff were completely unhelpful and did not want to deal with me at all. The manager promised a better room at no extra cost but kept bouncing us between similar rooms and charged us for the inconvenience. I requested a refund but was told this would not happen and that the fault lay with booking.com for the choice of pictures. They had told me that there had been several complaints of a similar nature. He would not even talk to me in person instead over the phone at the reception. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance. In fact I would not house my dog in this hotel after the experience I have had. Go spend your hard earned money in a better hotel with a better quality of room and service and do not be fooled by the pictures.

Location was great. Half a block from Times Square, and felt very safe. The lady at the concierge desk was very helpful and friendly. She was one of the only staff members who did not act like they were doing me a favor to answer a question. I like the fact that the windows open up with no screens and you can let the fresh air in (is there fresh air in New York?) Majority of the staff was rude and unhelpful. The lady described above was the most helpful, and there was one bellman who was also very courteous. But the lady who manned the front desk most of the time was rude and abrupt. Although she didn't have any other guests in front of her, she always appeared to be glued to her computer monitor and too busy to look up and answer a question. I am a retail manager, and being in the customer service business, I would never tolerate an employee who makes my paying customers feel like a nuisance. That is the impression I got from her. We were a nuisance to be quickly dismissed. Not the person I would choose to be the face of my hotel for my customers!

Location Staff was unpleasant. When I came they did not have a room I have booked, instead gave me a "prison cell" size room and told me if I did not like to go and find another hotel?! Wireless internet did not work at all! Would not recommend it to anyone, horribly unpleasant experience.

Location I prepaid for the room and upon checkout they charged my credit card again and are now refusing to refund the amount. I feel that this is a black mark against both booking.com and the hotel. I have supplied copied of my bank statements and dates of charges and have double paid for what was meant to be a better booking option.

Excellent location. Clean. Price range and location compared to other hotels, this one is excellent. Hotel staff were not friendly. Entrance/Lobby, lifts, floor interior are a bit weird. Small room

The location of the hotel was excellent and the hotel was very stylish. The quality of service was not very good. Breakfast was included in our rate but the person at the front desk insisted that it wasn't and when he realised he'd made a mistake didn't apologise. We left a note requesting some tea bags for our room but none were forthcoming. When we asked for some at the front desk, we were told that "the hotel didn't carry tea bags". They made no effort to get us any. The restaurant in the lobby was run separately from the hotel and the service was generally pretty poor there too. You were left feeling like everything was a chore for the staff. Upon arival I noticed that something had been spilt down the front of the drawer unit in our room. I assumed it was a permanent stain as it was very obvious. However, when I wiped it with a damp tissue and it came off easily. The room generally wasn't dirty but it wasn't as clean as I would have expected either.

Wi-fi was very slow, no one would get us a cab, instead they wanted to get us a car service. The room was too hot, the engineer came up to fix it and made it hotter. There were not enough towels when we checked in. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. The service was very poor I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I would never stay there again, especially for the price and the service.

There was no a single thing about the hotel that would make me ever go there again or recommend to anyone. On my three night stay , the room was only cleaned once. The sheets were not changed. The mattress was horrible and the pillows were like a deflated car tire. I had sleepless nights. There was no Bulgar proof on the only window in there and the night stands were horrible filthy with dust. The only table in the room was broken and looked like junk. For the price that i paid i expected better. I spent all my time after shopping sitting down at bars because i dread going back to the Hotel. It was a bad experience.

The location is great, and it's just a walk distance to Time Square. Wi- fi is free of charge. However, I don't think it's a 4 star hotel and too expensive. The Wi-Fi is free, but the signal is weak. I need to log-in frequently. The quality of service was not very good, and the front desk was not that friendly. (I think it's very important.) I booked a room included a desk, but they gave me the room without a desk. (The prices are totally diffrerent. I hope they didn't do that on purpose.) Therefore, I need to bring all my luggages down to the front desk and ask for the right room again (without any help, and all by myself). After I went into another room, I don't even have the warm or cold water to take a shower!!! Only hot water! I called at least 3 times to front desk and wait over an hour for somebody to fix my water problem. It's a terrible experience.

Very comfortable. Ideal for shopping. Central location Room that was booked wasn't available to us and we had to split our party of 3 into two rooms for 2 of the nights. Asked if we wanted to cancel our booking even though it states that no cancellation can occur. We had travelled from Ireland where did he think we were going to go !!! Offered free breakfast by way of apology and an upgrade but we didn't get an upgrade we stayed in the Junior Suite for the remaining 3 nights which was what we had booked.

Location and accessiblity to key attractions. The hotel was a nice pleasant boutique that was ideal for a city break........only negative was traffic could be heard from bedroom so if you are a light sleeper you will wake up very early. However dispite that I would stay again.

Excellent location. Check in staff quite indifferent, the lady at front desk seemed not happy at all to do her job, no greeting / welcome / smile whatsoever. Port-man when offered tip after helping with my one piece of luggage complained that he is working outside suggesting a bigger amount. I found this quite rude. Room was small even for a deluxe queen but enough for the two us us. Housekeeping did a good job any time we needed it. Fair experience except some unfriendly / rude staff.
