Best Western President Hotel at Times Square

Accomodations were excellent.manager steve was very helpfull a real gentleman.price was more than fair.

I liked only the location , only few steps from Times square and several shopping centers the location is excellent,

I didnt liked the service of hotel, rooms are not clean I booked two person double bed room but the bed was so small that I could not sleep alone so how could one sleep with couple, rooms are not cleaned daily,

the hotel is located very well, good connections, the style -if cleaner- is quite nice, parking should be opposite the hotel, staff was strange, good for shopping and a short stay were you only want to sleep

Great location, right at Times Square.

The location was amazing but the staff at the main reception desk were excpetionally unhelpful, nearly like they resented their job - I could not believe it. The cleaning staff also had arguments early in the morning on 2 out of the 6 nights of our stay disturbing our sleep. The Hotel refurb was lovely and the room was fab but the main area it fell down on was the terrible staff. There is also a chinese restaurant in the hotel and unfortunately the smell remains in the lobby day and night - they should use some air freshner to mask the smell as the lobby is furbished amazingly and the smell of chinese food just takes away from it. But for the value for money, excellent location and refurb of the hotel it is definately worth a stay!!!!!

Wonderful location and good price.

The location was really the only thing I liked about the hotel.

Decor was a combination of MadMen and Sister Parrish, poor maintenance -- scalding hot water in shower w/no ability to adjust, 1 elevator inoperable entire stay, ice machine broken, heater rattled loudly when heat came on, lighted mirror didn't work, no blankets, no window coverings

The rooms look nice at the pictures thats all.

I did not like it because the hotel rooms was not clean there wear hears on the flor and in the bathroom, nails on the floor, snack on the floor. We tried 2 rooms and then we left because we had a baby with us as well and ofcourse wanted to be in a clean room as this was a 4 star hotel as they give up.

The location of this hotel is just perfect for city trip. We really liked the fresh design.

The Hotel is rundowns I was disappointed with the rating it received from booking.com ,its definitely not a 4 star hotel ,the elevators does not work ,the internet does not work, the heater in the room make noises like an airplane just landed, on my last night I slept in a frozen room,the heater stopped working. the halls smells like mildew, the water in the shower are Luke warm no hot water ,and the shower are small,dirty,and very old.the room was dirty and there was hairs on the comforter and the shower.

Very good location. One staff member was slightly abrupt but all others were very friendly and helpful.

It was very cold when we visited New York and the room wasnt very warm, better heating would definately have been a bonus.

the hall ways were always cluttered with cleaning trolleys, the room too small, the plumbing not the best and never the right temperature in the room.
