Very central. New rooms very comfortable and good facilities in the rooms and comfortable bed. We were given a non refurbished room initially which was grotty but the newly furbished one was good. Massive refurbishments going on downstairs with scaffolding at entrance so very off-putting and no downstairs area to relax in. |

The location is brilliant. Refurbishment works were going on. Too few/slow elevators to get to the upper floors. Very noisy rooms - 3rd floor rooms are adjacent to the airconditioners of other buildings and the window didn't seal properly. The "full bedroom" is fairly small. If one wants to be comfortable, one should consider the larger "deluxe" rooms on the higher floors which are a bit more expensive but much better with respect to noise, size & views. |

My room witch was a "deluxe full bedroom for two" was dirty. Black hair in my bathroom and on my bed and near the bed papers with phone numbers on them.I asked about the manager and he wasn't there. It was cold in my room and I didn't have an extra blanket. In all Europe this chain of hotels named Best Western are clean with good service and large beautiful rooms. Why yours should be different? It's sad. I choose you for the hotel's reputation in Europe. You don't deserve it's name. |

Great location and reasonable value for money. Due to ongoing construction works the reception area is not at its best. Many of the comments in other guest reviews apply. |

elevator was not working (stayed on the 13 floor!) only single beed instead of a double (although stated in the booking, double was confirmed), construction work in the receptions area as well as on the lower storey. chaos in the reception - only one person was there to check in all the arrivals, the shower souds like a pneumatic hammer due to knocking in the aqueduct, ... , ... |

The excellent location of the hotel, which is near Times Square and at the surroundings of the Broadway theaters. The hotel is a little bit old and was going through a renovation on some floors. Therefore, it was a little messy and noisy. Besides it, the air conditioning system was not working properly and some light-switches stopped working after a few days of our stay. |

location was just right our room 1201 had a temporary airconditioner located in the window. It was very very noisy and kept us awake at night. Until the normal airconditioner can be fixed I would recommend that you do not have this room occupied or do so at a substantialy reduced tariff. Once the renovations are completed I would recommend the hotel. |

The location of the hotel and value for money were the main reasons of my booking, and I wasnt disappointed. Shops and main tourist attractions are all within walking distance. Wasnt aware at the time of booking that the hotel lobby was under renovation, thankfully it did not affect my stay. |
