I liked the design very much, the lobby was great and the room was very modern. The location was perfect, too. Free Wi-Fi was available, but the signal was very weak and although there were several links, they tend to disconnect after a short period of time, so the use of Wi-Fi was almost impossible and very time consuming. Room service: they folded the ends of toilet paper rolls and arranged towels daily, but didn't bother to vacuum the floor. I also think the hotel should be more ecologically alert: they changed all the towels and bed linen daily, even if there was no need to do so. The hotel should let a guest have a choice to use towels more than once. The temperature in all of the hotel premises was too high. I had to use air conditioning in my room the whole time to make it bearable. |

it was what it was for the price we thought we had paid fantastic I believe but have not yet confirmed that we have been charged a lot more than we believed we would be paying for this hotel. if this is the case, diabolical!, but sadly becoming the norm in nyc a complete rip off!!! |

The hotel was in an excellent location. Rooms were tidy but small.Internet with a minimum of $5.00 not the best The staff at the reception not helpful or polite and this was observed during the course of my stay at first hand and also with other residents of the hotel. |

Location was very good and price was reasonable. Bed was very very comfortable. Hotel room was unbelievably hot (end of Feb with a foot of snow), had the air con on all day/night and had the window open but still too hot. Wireless internet was pretty much non existent, lifts were very slow. Room was not very big (superior Queen) but I guess that's New York. |

I booked this hotel having stayed at the hotel's sister hotels, The Time & Dream last year and I can definetly say that The Best Western was the best. They also have the most amazing Vietnamese restaurant downstairs! I will def be back!! We had an issue about cleaning chemicals outside our room but the management and staff dealt with it in a very courteous & professional manner. |

The location is excellent, and the room was tidy and comfortable. A problem with the television was immediately addressed to. Really enjoyed the stay. The elevator's were often occupied and a bit slow. But that is a minor detail. Unfortunately, we do have a complaint about the travel service... |

The price and great location It is not a 4 star hotel. The room was very small. The bathroom wasn't clean. All those soaps and shampoos you usually find in your hotel bathroom were not there. All you recieve is a poor bar of soap. All the facilities in the hotel are very expensive. Despite all this I still very recomend this hotel because of relatively good price and great location. |

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was very good very small room, very inattentive/rude staff members at the front desk.Very old and noisy heating/cooling system in the room. Fast internet yet it cuts very often and have to introduce the code again and again.Housekeeping do not clean daily the room and the bathroom, do not vacuum, just change the sheets and towels. We have forgotten an item in the room and still after 2 weeks the hotel did not even informed us about the outcome |

We booked 2 normal rooms, but got 2 nicer rooms. One suite and really big room with 2 couches and a balcony. Nice area, friendly staff, clean and big rooms and some shops and a bakery nearby to have breakfast (much cheaper than at the hotel). |

The location is excelent!!! The room is really small but very clean with everything that you need. The air conditioner were always broke and made a lot of noise... We had some problems with the toilet too.. The breakfast is really expensive and if you ask them to bring it to the room you pay a lot and they don´t bring anything that you asked and the breakfast came inside a small paper bag. The big problem of this hotel are the lifts there are 2 for 15floors and each floor have probably 15 rooms... Imagine how many times you need to wait.... Or don't it's the best option.. Use the stairs!!! |

I did like the location. Hotel staff very unfriendly. Sometimes it is nice to see a smile! Feels like you are disturbing them when you ask for something. Also the suites are not big. Just like a hotel room. The noise outside form the ac system is unbearable and we did not sleep all night. Room was super hot and we could not turn off the heater and could not open window due to the noise.Total nightmare. Also the elevator takes forever-maybe that is a good thing as I got a great workout taking the stairs. Well, I will not stay there again and can not recommend it. There are for the same price nicer hotels. |

Perfect location, one can walk to , subway, bus station and 'Times Square' easily. Flat-screen TV in room! Photos of hotel on website lead you to believe there is a separate bar and a gym in the hotel. The reception, bar, breakfast area are all in the one room! There is no gym in the hotel, it's across the road in another hotel for 20 dollars per day, Finally, there is a smell of Chinese food in the lift and if you turn on the heater in the room (from the restaurant downstairs). |
