The location was amazing. Very near to all of New Yorks tourist
attractions

The free internet service did not work and 2 days before we went home
the cable went out and did not work for the remainder of our stay.

The location is the best thing about the hotel

I felt the staff at the front desk were unhelpful at times especially during check in and checkout. The style of the hotel is very old and needs to be revamped, the rooms are also very dusty.

Location. Pretty much in the middle of everything.

It was old and dirty. We found another people´s underwear in our room!, and the bathroom always had this funny smell.

There was an unpleasant odor from the Japanese restaurant on the first floor. The hallways could use more air conditioning.

The hotel staff during the late night/early morning hours were wonderful and very helpful in getting us last minute transportation to the airport

great location

it was very noisy and the access with the key card was difficult (you had to try several times in order for the door to open). The curtains were dirty and the room was quite small
