Hotellin sijainti on aivan erinomainen, melkein kaikki New Yorkin tärkeimmät nähtävyydet ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Parhaimmat(ei kyllä halvimmat) shoppailupaikat ovat myöskin vain muutaman korttelin päässä. Central Parkiin on mukava mennä aamulenkille, n. 10km:n lenkki onnistuu helposti, kun juoksee hotellilta Central Parkin takapäähän ja takaisin. Hotellista ei saa aamiaista. Hyviä aamiaispaikkoja kyllä löytyy hotellin ympäristöstä pilvin pimein ihan niistä halvimmista alkaen. Eniten kävimme syömässä Blue Finissä, joka oli hintava, mutta erittäin hyvä ja ihan korttelin päässä Times Squarella. Meillä oli käytössä deluxe-sviitti ja paras sviitti(nimeä en nyt muista, mutta se kallein) ja molemmat olivat naurettavan pieniä. Deluxe vastasi kooltaan lähinnä suomalaista perushotellihuonetta eikä kalleintaan sviitti kovin kummoinen ollut, mutta käsittääkseni se on normaalia New Yorkissa. Hotelli ei todellakaan ole mikään kovin kummoinen, mutta loistava sijainti korjaa pahimmat puutteet. |

Sijainti oli erinomainen, teatterit ja ostosmahdollisuudet olivat tosi lähellä. Huone ei täysin vastannut odotuksia; huoneessa oli tosi kuuma. Huoneen kuvauksessa huone oli Suuri makuuhuone eikä meidän huone kyllät kovin suuri ollut! |

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja toinen huoneemme sopivan kokoinen (3 henkeä). Lämmitys takkuili aluksi, mutta saimme sen toimimaan. Äänieristys ei ollut paras mahdollinen (naapureissa kun ovet sulkeutui, ne paukahtivat niin lujaa että ääneen heräsi kesken unien). |

accessibility to city proper (times square), shopping district. Everything was fine except that during my stay, the noise and long shouting matches of my neighbours.made me uneasy/uncomfortable. |

The location of the hotel is really excellent, the rooms were recently renovated and have new equipment, free wireless internet is available. The elevators were quite slow. |

The hotel was very central in Manhatten and when entering the hotel the new refurbishment represented a modern and trendy feel which is new for a Best Western Hotel. Service not very friendly on arrival. Staff seemed disinterested and harrassed. On checkout very helpful,friendly and obliging.(Thank-you Suny) |

It was centrally located and affordable. It was very noisy, the toilet was running and no one fixed it. The pipes in the walls were also clanging all night. |

Convenient to Times Square, tube stations, bus tour stops. Room rather small for three people but not too much of a problem as only there for two nights. I booked a junior suite but it was not as shown on the website. Heaters were on in our room so unbearably hot. Managed to get the air conditioners working eventually. Entrance lobby very nice but corridors to rooms very poorly lit with dark wallpaper. First impression was I wouldn't like to stay there on my own because of the dark corridors but had a very enjoyable stay. I was not given a receipt when checking out just handed in my keys at reception. It wasn't until after I left that I realised I had no proof of payment or amount taken from my credit card. |

Location is definitely a biiiiig plus. The first I was proposed was very very noisy due to the some engines monted on the roof couple centimeters far from my window. The whole room almost vibrated. I asked another room and they chenget it without any problem. Anyway it shouldn't happen with this pricing (I paied more than 300 USD. |

Tyhe hotel is very bgood but needs atention on safety because your bathroom do not ofer safety to anyone that needs a bath as youn putb a litle soap non your head you have nothing to hold and you may fall. Your hotel is good and looks that is becoming better. Keep on attention however on safety. |

Fantastic location, room clean, really comfy bed and powerful hot shower Noisy because of a generator outside the window but were so tired after being out all day it didn't stop us from sleeping |

Very relaxed atmosphere. Helpful and pleasant staff. Lobby bright and cheerful . Rooms fine . Fab location, ideal for Broadway, shopping , planning routes to all areas , pubs, restaurants etc etc . If returning next year would book here again . Excellent value for money . Corridors could do with " Cheering up " . |

For city sightseeing the location is excellent.The room was well serviced and we were particularly pleased to have the coffee making facility in our room. There was no safe in our room and on enquiry we learned that non was available in the hotel. As travellers this was a great inconvenience. |
