Best Western President Hotel at Times Square

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le lit confortable.

La malpropreté de la salle de bain. Il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans le bain et au sol en grande quantité. Il y avait du sang sur le bol de toilette. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines et sur l'étage. Le bruit extérieur est très audible mais nous étions dans TIme Square alors nous comprenions cela. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude une matinée complète. Nous avons avisé l'hôtel vers 8ham et l'eau est revenu vers midi. Aucune excuse des employés. Notre carte magnétique pour accéder èa notre chambre se démagnétisait à chaque journée. Il fallait redescendre les 12 étages, attendre au front desk pour faire réactiver nos cartes. Le personnel peu accomodant et peu souriant.

Nice room, clean, small but well maintained. Pleasant stay. Support of helpdesk well appreciated

No new towels at the room when arrived

It is close to the center, simple but convenient. Good service for departure

The location of the hotel is really excellent, the rooms were recently renovated and have new equipment, free wireless internet is available.

The elevators were quite slow.

The hotel was very central in Manhatten and when entering the hotel the new refurbishment represented a modern and trendy feel which is new for a Best Western Hotel.

Service not very friendly on arrival. Staff seemed disinterested and harrassed. On checkout very helpful,friendly and obliging.(Thank-you Suny)

It was centrally located and affordable.

It was very noisy, the toilet was running and no one fixed it. The pipes in the walls were also clanging all night.

Convenient to Times Square, tube stations, bus tour stops.

Room rather small for three people but not too much of a problem as only there for two nights. I booked a junior suite but it was not as shown on the website. Heaters were on in our room so unbearably hot. Managed to get the air conditioners working eventually. Entrance lobby very nice but corridors to rooms very poorly lit with dark wallpaper. First impression was I wouldn't like to stay there on my own because of the dark corridors but had a very enjoyable stay. I was not given a receipt when checking out just handed in my keys at reception. It wasn't until after I left that I realised I had no proof of payment or amount taken from my credit card.

Close to Times Square and in the best location for Broadway shows.

It was absolutely freezing in NY but they didn´t turn on the heating until the 1st November.

Fantastic location, room clean, really comfy bed and powerful hot shower

Noisy because of a generator outside the window but were so tired after being out all day it didn't stop us from sleeping

For city sightseeing the location is excellent.The room was well serviced and we were particularly pleased to have the coffee making facility in our room.

There was no safe in our room and on enquiry we learned that non was available in the hotel. As travellers this was a great inconvenience.
