la gentilezza, ma questo non e l'unico quesito per dire que é um albergo ottimo.bello disign. Troppo caldo anche a novembre.. ho dovuto acendere l'aria condizionata a "novembre". camera molto picola. troppi rumori dal'interno e esterno. pero se come me dovete prenotare a l'ultimo momento per pochi giorni, non e male. |

la posizione davvero ottima, praticamente sulla 7 angolo Brodway, in somma Time Square raggiungibile in 20 passi, Locali, Teatri e il cuore pulsante di New York Non è molto spaziosa la stanza, sconsiglabile per lunghi soggiorni, o persone con molte valigie. Ovviamente secondo gli standar americani dove per camea si intende ampio bagno, anticamera, camere, cucinotto e cabina armadio, perchè in italia sarebbe stata una stanza di tutto rispetto. |

Sicuramente la centralità dell'hotel è il punto forte, a pochi passi da 3 stazioni della metro, perfettamente servito da tutti i mezzi. Il personale alla Reception è molto scortese! |

The fact that it was clean, (bed made and fresh towels every day) a comfortable bed and right round the corner from times square yet there was no noise from Times Square. The bath room was a little on the small side so only one person at a time could use it. The decor meant that the hotel is a little on the dark side. |

Location was very good The Staff were all so rude and unhelpful, the toilet got blocked at least once a day. |

I liked the location and the price best of all. The room was good and basically clean and comfortable for the city. I did not like that I was unable to get the 2 rooms near one another even though I booked a couple of months ago. Also, the mirror in the room was not secure and fell off the wall and luckily I escaped injury. |

The Lobby, location When we first arrived to the hotel the room was a disgrace it was absoloutely tiny so we went down to complain and they gave us an upgrade, the upgrade room was bigger however the door was broke, the safe would not open, the toilet would not flush, the phone wouldnt work and the air con wouldnt work one night it was 94 degrees in the room i would never go back to this hotel and it is far from a 4 star |

I like the location of this hotel, it is right at the heart of TimeSquare. The room is clean and it is quiet. The corridors are a bit dark and elevators are small. |

The location was the big draw - midtown and close to the theatre district. The whole building (stairways, elevators, etc) felt cramped and short on space. The exercise facility was not yet open. |

Location was perfect - everything you needed within a block or two. Concierge desk very helpful, friendly doormen. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Ice machines on only three floors, and the one closest to my floor never had ice. Single cup coffee machine in room - brewed one cup at a time and shut off, so coffee got cold fast. A microwave and fridge would have been nice amenities. Only one computer and printer for entire hotel so had to wait in line to print anything. |

location. Desk staff, indeed staff in general.sense of warmth and friendliness about hotel. First night I think we were given a single rather than a double but charged for double. Ther only real disappointment of otherwise splendid stay. |

The location of the hotel was good for my stay and i did enjoy my stay there. The guys at the front desk were efficient - i would love to point out 2 exceptionally efficient people but can't remember their names (one is a tall fair guy on the afternoon shift of 27th thru 29th of October and the other his back to back i suppose - a female that uses glasses. also commending the lady at the bar Jannette. I had a nice time and will definately be back there in Sept or Oct 2010 with my family and other friends |

the location was perfect for Times Square and Broadway. The mini bus which we booked through the hotel, to take us to JFK, and paid for in full 24 hours in advance, never arrived and put a damper on our vacation. |
