location was superbe. room not perfectly clean. but bathroom was ok, which is extremely important, so was bed sheets. lots of noise from the street, but what else could you expect from times square in new york? we enjoyed it all! |

The location is the best thing about the hotel I felt the staff at the front desk were unhelpful at times especially during check in and checkout. The style of the hotel is very old and needs to be revamped, the rooms are also very dusty. |

Location. Pretty much in the middle of everything. It was old and dirty. We found another people´s underwear in our room!, and the bathroom always had this funny smell. |

The location is excellent The room is small. Very little space to walk between the end of the bed and the dresser. Small bathroom, small shower. The toilet had a plastic bag over the internal mechanisms that filled with air when the toilet was flushed making an annoying noise. The hallways were dingy especially the carpet. Card access was very difficult. You needed to try several times to get the door to open. |

The hotel staff during the late night/early morning hours were wonderful and very helpful in getting us last minute transportation to the airport needs to be renovated/updated |
