Best Western PLUS Prospect Park Hotel  

No fuss, excellent and efficient staff. I wish our hotel stays were as efficient as thus one. Great job!

Cleanliness and staff courteous service

The room was located on tge lowest floor with a window that we could not use since it faced the street and would have provided a full view if our room including the bathroom.

The staff was excellent Great breakfast selection Decent sized rooms for NYC Fair price Subway is a min walk away

40 minute ride to midtown elevator is a little slow Walls are a little thin

Great hotel. Excellent location to go everywhere in nyc. Good places to eat and very safe neighborhood. Staff super friendly and ready to help if you need something. Breakfast is ok. Definitively I will come back to this hotel and 100% recommended.

Very good location, staff and design of hotel, good rooms. There are good stores, pharmacy and subway near the hotel (line R is very convenient for trip to Manhattan). Yes, there was the same breakfast every day, but very tasty pastries for breakfast, yogurts, fruit, tasty omlet and becon made me happy ))) It is good breakfast for one week, but on 8th day I will go to cafe =)) Thanks very much to staff for helping. It was great trip. I love Brooklyn, Brighton Beach, NY and USA =))

Everything was great

The staff were great always friendly especially Jose! It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, always topped up. Sub way its steps away from hotel, easy to get to places.

not a lot i didn't like really. Room was small, but had everything in it you needed.

It was right beside the 25 Street stop on the r train so access to transit was easy.

The r is a slower train so it took a little while longer than usual to get into the city.

Modern, well maintained facility within 20m of 25th street subway station. Perfect for people wanting to stay in New York without paying Manhatten accomodation prices

Good location in Brooklyn - right outside the subway 'r' line and a few blocks away from the faster 'n' subway route. Free wifi in rooms. Free breakfast.

Not enough space in breakfast hall. Tax is about $15 per night , which I was NOT expecting DO NOT TRUST receptionists. They ordered us a non licenced cab and tried to scam us $55 from hotel to JFK.

Awesome friendly staff and great service. Excellent breakfast. Only few steps from the subway to Manhattan.

1. computer center with printer, especially for visitors and tourists is helpful. 2. breakfast was great and so was the service

1. They accused me of stealing a blanket which I DID NOT. I am disputing it in the court and already disputed it with the card company. 2. city tax in the bookings.com was $3.50. but they charged me $10. They also charged 3.50 for occupancy tax and unit tax combined which were never mentioned in booking.com. 3. rooms are a little cramped

Best Western Plus Prospect Park Hotel was a very clean, safe and conveniently located place to stay in Brooklyn. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The R train was conveniently located right outside the hotel which made travel around Brooklyn and into Manhattan very easy.

very poor breakfast. very small dinning room-no place to sit. we had to wait every time we went down to eat. rooms very small, hotel loby also small. location- not in tourist area. no place to go to in the evening but metro station right next to hotel door.

Friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and regularly stocked. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was excellent, close to subway and there was a supermarket next door as an added bonus.

They cancelled our room key the last two days we were there. Although there was no problem reprogramming, it was a nuisance the second time it happened. Small thing really, but other than that would definately recommend

the hotel was located across the road from the metro station, which makes it easy to access transport to the city centre. Also the breakfast was basic but was decent quality, a bonus the waffle machine! Room was nice and bed was comfortable.

The only downside of the breakfast was the plastic cutlery and the paper cups.
