What you'd expect from a motel

Friendly front desk person, good value for money

It is an okay place, not the first choice mainly because of high price

Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Would have liked a couple of spare bath towels. Thicker too.

Calm place. Excellent to rest. I liked it. If I return to Monterey, I will stay here, again.

The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was excellent for continental breakfast. They had boiled eggs, home made waffels, fruits, bagels with jam or cream cheese, orange juice, coffee, cereals, ...

Great staff. I would recommend this for families on a budget.

The Owner or Manager at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. He was the main reason that I had an excellent stay at the Ramona Inn. I will definitly return in the near future.

The owner was a very nice helpful man, he offered to find another room in the area with a pool, as his does not have a pool as advertised. I didn't have the time to do this and took the room as is.

Very disappointed that there was no pool as advertised online. We took our granddaughter intending toenjoy the pool with her. The pool is filled with grass!!! Would recommend to others if they don't mind a room that smelled of cigarettes and they don't care about the pool!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato brevissimo solo per dormire. Lo staff è stato cordialissimo e disponibile. La colazione anche se servita in una piccola stanza era abbastanza varia ed abbondante.

La tv dava qualche problema.

Douche was defect, een ontbijt zaal met 2 tafeltjes dus je kon niet eens zitten voor het ontbijt. Kamer was niet echt schoon

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Service-Mitarbeiter nett, das Frühstück war gut.

Bathroom is small, only one person can get ready at a time. Parking is very tight.

Wasn't told there was a breakfast room, although I assumed, as a Best Western, there would be. It just wasn't mentioned and I didn't think to ask. We arrived late.
