I was upgraded due to availability to the PResidential suite. Overall, I hated this room for reasons laid out below, but the bed was a memory foam bed that was spectacular. 1. There was no hot water to my shower from check in at midnight until checkout at 11AM. 2. The heat in the room did not appear to work. 3. the shampoo and toiletries each had the protective seals broken, which is unsanitary at best. 4. The tub did manage to have hot water coming out, so I attempted to take a bath instead of a shower, however the tub stopper didn't function, thus I couldn't use the tub and had to suffer through a cold shower. 5. When I complained to the front desk the next day, they offered me a measly 10% discount (or $10). I consider hot water a fundamental requirement of a hotel room and at least 50% of the value of a hotel stay (a bed being the other 50%). I found the offer of 10% off insulting. |

Near Newark Penn Station. Very convenient. Shuttle to station always available. The heater in the room was not working so I had to ask for a portable one. The first day of my stay, I was just freezing in my room!!! |

Su confort, su calidad servicio, es un hotel 5 estrellas a buen costo, buen espacio, cuentas con LCD en habitacion, con Internet, excelente vista, los alrededores son excelentes cuentan con artes. Lamentablemente su ubicacion con respecto a la ciudad de Nueva York, es lo unico. aunque te puedes ir a la estacion del subway y tomar de alli el tren a la ciudad treinta (30) minutos por esta via. |

Die Lage ist super. Nahe an der Newark Penn Station nach New York. Die Zimmer sind nett. Toller Blick auf New York. Das Hotel-Personal ist mittelmäßig bemüht. Das kennt man anders aus den USA. |

Ligging van het hotel is perfect, 5 minuten lopen van Penn Station en dan in 30 minuten met de trein naar het WTC, midden in Manhattan. Kamer was prima, personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt inbegrepen (geen amerikaans ontbijt maar wel voldoende), voor deze prijs een prima hotel in de nabijheid van New York! |

Schönes Mittelklasse Hotel in Zentraler Lage. Bahnhof 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt bis Manhattan in 20 Minuten. Parken gratis, Wlan gratis. Frühstück ok. Im Treat Center gutes Restaurant. Plastikgeschirr und Besteck beim Frühstücksbüffet. |
