The addition of free valet parking was great. The parking garage had been a mess. There were too few power outlets in the room and they were used up and in awkward locations.

Room was nicely furnished with couch, desk & good amount of lighting. Bed was comfortable - not too hard. Rooms was quiet even though located on main street.

The sound of the air-conditioner is quite big. So we have to turn it off before sleeping. Thus the room feels cold when we wake up. The wireless is not stable. It's down line from time to time.

Location and price. The breakfast buffet was a nice feature. If you stay on the west side of the facility there is quite a bit of street noise. The rooms are not very sound proof. The bathroom in our unit was very small. The lady who served us when we checked in was quite stern.

close to downtown . 24 hours valet service is a plus . plastic tableware . narrow breakfast area . no elevator for the 1st floor , you have to carry your luggage .

The bed was very confortable, breakfast with fresh Californian fruits and very professional toaster. Some people were very noisy and you could hear everything, room not enough soundproof.
