Quiet, breakfasts, quick response from staff to requests

The addition of free valet parking was great. The parking garage had been a mess.

There were too few power outlets in the room and they were used up and in awkward locations.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Comfy and spacious rooms. Good selection of toiletries and breakfast spread

Lack of local knowledge by some staff, lift out of order, power cut, broken whirl pool

fast access to the freeways large bathroom all-day coffee supply additional support for personal issues when needed (like baggade safety ets)

Everything was really good. The only problem was at breakfast, not enough tables for all the guest.

Room was nicely furnished with couch, desk & good amount of lighting. Bed was comfortable - not too hard. Rooms was quiet even though located on main street.

Staff were excellent - facilities were clean, breakfast generous!

Hallways noisy - not very private.

Staff was very friendly. We had a spacious room. The free valet parking is very good!!

Breakfast shoul have more options

The sound of the air-conditioner is quite big. So we have to turn it off before sleeping. Thus the room feels cold when we wake up. The wireless is not stable. It's down line from time to time.

I liked how handy the location was to the business district and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

If you stay on the west side of the facility there is quite a bit of street noise. The rooms are not very sound proof. The bathroom in our unit was very small. The lady who served us when we checked in was quite stern.

The bed was very confortable, breakfast with fresh Californian fruits and very professional toaster.

Some people were very noisy and you could hear everything, room not enough soundproof.

I strictly recommend this hotel because every thing is excellent with the service, manner of the staffs and comfortable of rooms.
