Location perfect as we were travelling to Tropic so half way from Denver. The bed was comfortable and room clean and well presented.
The lady was smoking as I pulled up and the roomed smelled so bad with mold me and my son's had to leave it immediately. The stairs were filthy and the room was by a huge trash area.
The lady that set up the complimentary breakfast was very helpful. Had everything ready and replenished everything quickly.
The website said it had a heated pool. We went in it was not heated. Had to clean pool ourselves as there were bugs in the pool.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast to get us going in the morning! Will definitely book again.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job of making sure everything was clean.
The pool is heated in the summer. Grand Junction is a desert, a cool pool would've been nice.
nice location and good price, had a pool but didnt have time to try it out, close to food too.
took two attempts to have ac fixed only to be told we would have to switch rooms if we wanted a working one. luckily it wasn't that hot. at the continental breakfast the older lady that was taking care of it was very rude, some one had spilled coffee on a chair and told the instead of just leaving it and she made a couple comments under her breath that didnt need to be said from someone in the service industry
The hotel was booked online at a good price. The room was comfortable and clean (two major factors). The hotel location was fine, not far from downtown and eateries. There were 7 in our group and everyone enjoyed the stay. the staff was friendly and very helpful, providing cleaning rags so we could wipe down our motorcycles. I would definately stay here again.
I have no complaints.
The location, price, and ease of check-in were great.
Our rooms were right next to the pool and it was way too noisy. The pool could have been much better placed in the center of the parking lot rather than right next to rooms.
Very nice staff & the fountain in back
The beds were comfortable, but that's about it.
The bathtub had hair and bugs in it. the drain was really slow and would back up. The hot tub was disgusting! and had dozens of bugs floating in it and to top it off was cold. The breakfast variety was fine, but the quality was terrible! The pancakes tasted like cardboard and the eggs were mush and kept in the fridge. I will never return!!!
The outside was dated, but inside, the rooms had very recently been updated and were very nice. Microwave and fridge are always appreciated whenyou have little ones. Great for the price. It was perfect for a quick overnight of cheaper lodging on our way to Moab, but would not keep my family there for much longer, lots of smokers outside their rooms...a typical "right off the highway" motel.
our shower didn't work, but they were very apologetic and let us into another room to shower. Also, very little protein was available at breakfast so we went to Denny's across the parking lot.
A bit run down
We had a great stay till we arrived for breakfast ,,
Staff was rude ,, felt like we were bring watched the whole time ,, lady in the dining area was very rude and unprofessional
We.ve stayed here before as a Best Western. Location is perfect on our way to Vegas. Breakfast is better now, still good staff.
Not enough pillows to deal with the in-the-way headboards.
The gal at the front desk was adorable, and friendly. My daughter was totally excited that there were 4 pillows on each bed as we had stayed in Leadville the night before at a much less comfortable hotel. It's in a good location, and easy to find from the highway, although we've stayed before and know our way.
The lady at the breakfast buffet tries to be helpful, but it seems like she hovers and is kind of intrusive. She criticized my husband for his incorrect use of the waffle maker. We saw the humor in it though.
