the sheet over the bedspread for cleaness
the nicle dime move of no meat for breakfast unless you pay for it,what is it a buck extra for u charge a dollar more for the room so u don t look rediculous
wonderful restaurant and service....very nice... nice and clean room though....
way TOO small! my husband chose an ECONOMY room...I didn't like that at all also bed is too firm... I wanted a bath but the tub was literally TOO SMALL!
Only one chair to sit at table desk--difficult to play cards, but we managed .
We could not be happier with our stay.
Bed was all. Bathtub very small.
It just looked run down to me. My shower head was messed up, the tv was fuzzy. I didn't call front desk because I was so tired but it should have been checked before "the check in"
The room needs to be updated
I liked the room location and pillow
Room needed updating and very strong smell, due to cleaning agents used.
The staff was kind from the phone to the front desk. My wife and I decided to take a mini honeymoon and go off the grid from Biddeford/Saco for a weekend. Staff was friendly all day all night. One of the grounds/maintenance guys (John) I believe (he shoulder length hair with receeding-ish hairline) and a walkie-talkie ge was excellent! I have never met a nicer guy at a hotel. He directed my wife and I on parking and how to get to our room plus he reiterated all of the hotel's things to do. He is a valued asset to the senators staff. The fronet desk ladies were great (although some were fairly new) were skilled. Cloud 9's food was rich and tasty. Their staff were on point and cheerful. Definately will be back!
I am ocd so some comments may seem a bit extreme. I did notice that a several air duct grates throughout the hotel had rust and chipped paint. Especially in the Men's bathroom near sauna. The hot tub in the pool area only have 2 out of 6 or 7 jets that fire up. I am not a jacuzzi expert so this may be the way it's supposed to be. Would have liked liked more jets. In the cloud 9 restaurant some of the seating that resemble clamshells were dirty at the tops of them where one would normally rest their head and some residue at the bottom that looked like waterstains. A quick steam on these should remedy this. Unfortunately For as many people that stayed there the breakfast buffet was good but NOT big enough for good traffic flow while people were getting food. Also if you like breakfast meats like sausage and bacon etc u will have to purchase those seseparately from the free breakfast. WiFi is not as powerful as I would like it although there are dozens of people pulling off if 1 bandwidth. Ms be upping the bandwith would help. Lastly the back of the door to our room was rather grungy in the presidential suite floor 3rd floor and a i found a person's sock from previous visitor under the skirt of one of the beds. Still a great hotel not to be knocked because of what I just stated... i just notice alot ;). Roon staff was very nice and cordial. Again I wI'll return.
Location was ok.
Everything was smelly and sticky. Will never stay there again. Would sleep in my car first.
Clean room Pool and spa were great Breakfast was superb
WiFi left much to be desired, slow, not responsive. Price would have been better if I had contacted the Hotel directly, instead of through an agency
Liked the fact that you accept dogs, but didn't realize it and would have brought ours.
Wan't anything that we didn't like.
The restaurant at this hotel has exceptional quality in dining--I had two outstanding meals there each evening I stayed. While the room was small, it was clean.
The walls in the hotel room are too thin with much noise coming from the hall, the spa, and other rooms. I was on the phone talking and the room next door kept pounding on my wall as if I were too loud! Ridiculous! That should not happen.
The service by melissa was greatly appreciated:) She really made us feel special:)
Pretty much everything
Checkout time at 11 is too early.
I most enjoyed the cozy fireplace, quaint bar and great restaurant.
Just needs major updates. Would have been depressing to stay in a room other than a suite.
When we went into the room they gave us, it smelled of cigar smoke. After contacting the front desk about that we were upgraded to a fabulous spa suite which was very nice. The gym facilities are really good.
Great bathroom - very helpful staff - restaurant/bar was excellent
I like the double room access and the beds were comfortable. I liked having a frig and microwave in the room. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, although no meat.
The room was narrow, but manageable and I didn't like that the tv hung in front of just one of the double beds. Our toilet ran all night long even after jiggling the table and the other room I booked I was told by my family that their heater was VERY noisy.
Everything was great. Very nice place to stay.
Great staff good location great breakfast
Old shower but very clean
Room was very small. The "queen" bed was a double bed. Chkn in no hotel ammenities were explained. Was rather humid in room due to being above pool. Security was poor as spa is public and doors open until 11pm or later to stairs/elevator allowing access to anyone to rooms halls etc. As single female was not pleased with the location of room and lack of security features to access the hotel by anyone
Close to highway. Nice room.
Strange noises (from spa?).
Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Sink drains very slowly. We could not turn the shower on without help. It leaked if not shut off with force. The toilet did not flush and had to be "fixed" twice while we were there.
Bathroom needed updating. Sink did not drain. Another blanket available for the bed was not supplied.
