I love the location, the quiet atmosphere, and the decor of our room.
The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, would appreciate an improvement in it his area.
Location, location, location! Across the street from Disney California Adventure it was a short walk in my mind, especially if you were planning to wak through the parks. May not be a great walk for young ones who get tired easily. Just about 2 blocks and you enter downtown Disney, staff can't tell you this secret but you can cut through the Grand Californian Hotel and cuts your walk time almost in half. From the side of the hotel we were on (west street) we could see the fireworks from the park! Staff was great for such a busy week helping with overparked cars and late checkouts from after our half marathon run.
Wifi was a bit spotty in our room. If they could extend the range then I would have scored it better. When I did get wifi I would get 3 out of 4 bars. Wasn't very fast. More options at breakfast. Would be nice to have both bacon and sausage or pancake and waffles on the same day.
Staff was very nice and responsive to any needs. For an older hotel it is very nice and clean.
Some rooms are far from the pool facilities but usually didn't have time for a dip anyway.
Location Staff Free breakfast
Environmental footprint Temperature in room
Close to park, friendly and accomodating staff. it is a motel so you can park your car right in front of the room for easy access. Good places to eat in walking distance.
Family next to us had 5 or 6 kids who made a game of slamming the door and screaming all night long. The noise was terrible and many others complained as well
Easy walking distance to Downtown Disney and then you can take the monorail into Disneyland so you don't have to drive once you get to the hotel. There is a Coco's on the corner that is actually pretty good in case the restaurants in Downtown Disney are full.
You need a gym on property
Clean and stylish
Price, comfortable bed/room, location, parking
Not much not to like
Location was excellent for Disneyland which is why we chose it
Breakfast was a bit crowded at rush time but there was entry of food.
My family and I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the over all room. The extra perks such as a micro wave , small fridge and a wide range of cable stations made us feel like we were home. The free early morning breakfast is great as well- Coffee , juice, cereal, milk, waffles, bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs "Oh my!"
The mattresses/ pillows seemed a bit firm for my liking. I believe they may have been relatively new, not quiet broken in yet?
For start we went into the room turned on the heater and the smoke alarm was beeping and the room smell like sth burning so we called the reception and waited very long for the maintenance to come up. He walked in and said"its normal just open the door for3-5mins (when it was freezing cold outside) ..its the same with every room." It wasn't ok and we called again then we get to change the room after 2hours of waiting there was no compensation whatsoever. This is absolutely insane not even a call from the manager! That wasn't enough the conceirge suggested ART tickets to us to get to and from Disneyland saying that the bus comes every20mins it is very convenient when in fact i waited atleast an hour. This is rediculous the staff was bad the room was bad first and lasttime here!
The beds very confy, clean, the continental breakfast was better than spected! Waffles, yougurt, eggs, variety for my kids.
That it is close to Disneyland.
We had an awful experience. First when we got there the first room was extremely dirty in terms of furniture. Heater was not working. They moved us to a new room. The second room the door was broken. The third roomwas decent enough for us to just get by.
Proximity to Disneyland and the Convention Centre.
The dummies who are really loud and hang out outside for 5 minutes after getting back late.
My family and I just spent a week at the Best Western Stovall's Inn, and found the property definite great.value for the dollar. It was clean, staff were amazingly helpful and polite, and its location is about a 10 minute walk to the parks, or if you.prefer the art stop is at their front door. Would definitely stay here again, and.definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great hotel close to Disneyland.
Location to disneyland and kitchen facilities
Breakfast choice and crowdedness in the breakfast area.
I liked the convenience of the location
I did not like that there was limited parking even though I paid for parking
Perfect distance to Disneyland. The room was clean and very nice.
The WifI was a little sketchy. The signal was weak but we weren't there often enough to really be impacted.
Walked to Disney. Value for money.
Excellent location next to Disneyland. Accommodations were appropriate to the price.
I liked how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. We had a hard time finding a place to park that night and one of the employees gave us his spot!
The WiFi was very poor and the quality of breakfast was poor.
Close to Disney - easy walking distance to and from if you cut through the Grand Californian hotel. Older hotel room but very clean Close to Coco Bakery which we appreciated at the end of long days at Disneyland and their prices were reasonable
The rooms were largely dark brown and it was bit dark in the room but it did not take anything away from our stay.
Bathroom smell bad, Carpet really old
I loved the breakfast that came with the rental. It is a good menu and it has small changes daily. The staff are nice, the grounds clean, the parking lot has enough spaces. There is a restaurant on the grounds and it is reasonably priced.
I absolutely disliked the fact that I paid a high price for a room and then have to pay $10 per day to park my car in the hotel parking lot! That was bad enough but the shuttle to the parks are $10 round trip per person. If you park in Disney, you pay $17. Since there is no where to park without being gouged, I don't think the hotel should charge to park since I am paying to sleep there anyway.
