Best Western Suites Nashville - Near Opryland    

The room (double suite) was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The facilities were more than adequate for our needs. Free parking was a bonus.

Many will like the location for access to Opryland, but it's a fairly uninspiring part of town (an abandoned, flood-damaged hotel sits right nearby), and a significant drive into Nashville. A shuttle is available, though. Some staff were a little disinterested, but not rude.

Wi-fi was hard to log on to.

Located close to grand ol opry and great shopping outlet, close to John As bar

Second night charge $100 dearer....was not quoted that price by front desk. When I explained what we were told, was told...no, girl had made a mistake, even manager said she gave wrong price but wouldn't change what we had been charged.....not impressed. Brekkie also not great for prices charged.

The rooms were clean, the beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly. We were able to take a shuttle to downtown and back for only $10 per person. Great deal!!

We didn't have any regular coffee in our room and after calling the front desk we found out that the didn't have any packages of regular coffee. We were able to use the coffee in the lobby instead.

Quite location away from local traffic noise. The fact its a suites hotel and rooms are very well presented. Near opry mills shopping and other local attractions.

The hotel advertises hot breakfast. I dont like waffles so I had to do with toast no other hot itims on offer.room coffee not very nice.

Great location, friendly staff, budget-friendly.The free breakfast buffet was the standard fare, but well-stocked and gee, what do you expect for FREE?

While clean, the sheets had holes in them.

Our room was really nice. The staff was very courteous and I believe they have been making recent renovations.

The location was good. Close to Opryland Hotel and other attractions.

No meat with the free breakfast. The vending machine was broken so we couldn't get a cold drink. The dining room was locked except when breakfast was served.

Front desk staff very friendly. Nice people. Not a bad place if you don't expect much more than a place to crash.

The maid left our room fridge door open and spoiled all our food. Then because we were late getting up the maid slid a note under the door that our room would not be cleaned. we left within 5 minutes. She was still in the room across the hall and we told her we were heading out yet still did not clean our room. Even notified the front desk of the situation on the way out. The maid never vacuumed the floor the entire time we were there. Management never responded to the spoilage of our food or the maid issue. 5th floor smells like oil or something unpleasant.

It was close to places we wanted to see and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The beds were comfortable. It had very good lighting as we like to read when not out sightseeing.

I thought the rooms were very nice and your staff was super friendly. I'D stay again.

I wish I could have brought my small dog but I understand why you have that rule.

The size of the room - they were large and spacious.

The hotel charged us more money than we were quoted through Booking.com. We believed that everything was straightened out and then we received our visa statement with the room costs. It was at least $200 more than we were to pay. Spoke with staff over the phone and we were not satisfied by the treatment that we received. We currently are awaiting a call back from the manager..

Remodel, cleanliness, quiet location, central location

Overlooks a closed really rundown hotel with seedy looking people hanging around it, the undisclosed safe charges they refer to as incidentals, the fact there are 2 pending charges on my credit card for "checking validity" of my card even tho the full amount has cleared, the fact that the staff can do nothing to make a guest happy about these charges, and that fact that the staff was unaware at check in that the hotel booking from you did not include the taxes and now I find out the safe charges. I have called 3 times to speak to the gm the only person that can fix this problem 2 times the staff wouldn't let me leave a message and told me to call between 9-5 Monday-Friday and the third time I called before 5 and he was already gone but I was able to leave a message.

Location and ease of getting to it off of the freeway.

Staff was indifferent to clients TV was not getting any stations that it should and staff said that it was trying to get it fixed for three days. It was clear that they were not. They never updated me on progress and they did not care. Soda machine was broken Breakfast was not handled so that food was replenished, nobody watching this, guy behind desk was oblivious and uncaring until alerted. Clients should not have to go and ask for milk for cereal. Rooms were very dark. Could not get any light in them, except very little from dingy dirty window. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Sheets were loose and rough. Undersheets were lumpy and unsmooth. Dingy interior and in need of paint and new furniture. Lots of marks and scuffs on walls near beds. Blurry tv. No HD. Bathroom is cramped. This hotel is in need of work and updating and basic maintenance. It is clear that they do not care that much.

Room was large and comfortable. It was impeccably clean. It had the largest flat screen HD television that I have ever seen in a hotel room. It also had a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Great shower. The waffle maker in the breakfast room was a nice touch.

The breakfast room was a bit small for the number of people that the hotel can serve (and it was booked full two of the nights we were there).

Close location to Opryland and area activities

The late night scam call at midnight directly to room as if front desk. Should be a way for those to go through main desk after a certain hour and be stopped or caught.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman who took care of the breakfast area in the mornings was especially good. She always had a smile on her face and kept everything perfectly stocked..

A couple of mornings there was no hot water in the showers.
