the pool area is lovely and its in a great location. the staff could have been more helpful. there was a huge arguement between a few people in one of the rooms and the staff said they would ask them to leave the hotel the next day but they didnt as there was the same problem again the next night. very annoying (no sleep). |

The room size was amazing, the spa bath wonderful and the view lovely. Also great location. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing considering the price of the rooms, there was no cooked breakfast or variety. The dryers in the laundry did not seem to dry clothes effectively and despite two attempts to dry our clothes we needed to dry them on the balcony. |

The ambiance was inviting and relaxing which is why I and my family would like to visit and stay in your premises again and again. There should be availability of sachets of tea leaves and milk powder along with coffee powder in the rooms. |

Location. We had to move rooms at 2.45am due to vibration and noise from pump room, after complaining several times during the afternoon/evening. We requested a discount for our inconvenience, but did not receive one at time of checking out. |

Location - great and central, easy to get cabs from. The pool area was gorgeous. As an old building it's very creaky and the walls and ceilings/floors are extremely thin - I had to sleep with earplugs in to block out all the noise. |

Everything was enjoyable - booking in and checking out was very smooth, hotel facilities have improved on previous visits. Good breakfast selection to start the day off. |

für die USA/Los Angeles ungewöhnlich das esr Frühstücks Buffet im Zimmerpreis enthalten war. Hatte ein problem mit der reservierung von 2 getrennten Betten, bekammen dann aber problemlos neues zimmer und 1/2 Preis für erste Nacht. |

De locatie van het hotel is perfect. De kamer die we hadden lag aan de binnenplaats / zwembad op de begane grond en was prima. Mooi ruim met een kleine keuken. Het hotel is redelijk gehorig. |

arrêt de Bus au pied de l'hôtel hôtel n'est pas luxe comme on peut lire dans la description et j'étais très déçu par le bruit et les odeurs,et qualité de service comme le "petit"petit déjeuner ,ça ressemble à un hôtel de 2 étoiles au max,je ne conseille pas pour plus d'une nuit |
