Location Motel rather than hotel. The carpeting was dirty and there was food in the fridge from the previous guest.

Free and very good breakfast, free wi-fi, big TV, incredibly comfortable King size bed, clean crisp linnen. Hotel was quiet, water pressure was low, but room was bid and comfortable. Close to Green line stop. Water pressure low.

Very comfortable, excellent free breakfast definitely more than just continental. Good internet signal. The only problem was that though it is not that far out of the centre of Boston, the train is very slow with lots of stops. The train stop is very near hotel.

Their continental breakfast was great, but what I really appreciated was that I was allowed to keep my car parked on their property after I had checked out, saving me parking costs in the city. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help us in any way they could. A+++ service :)

The location was great since it was 5 minutes from the train line. Also they let me check in early and leave my car parked at the hotel for our second day while we went to the aquarium. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good as well.

Upon arrival it was a long drive from new Jersey about 4-5 hours. The hotel staff wAs friendly and accommodating. He gave quite an impression to us coz he was acting like a reception and a concierge guy with a lot of useful informations about the sights to see in this area. The hotel was also well kept and clean. Enough choice for a breakfast. Good value for money. Good location.

Where do I begin, the parking is ridiculous. The parking lot does not have enough spaces for all the guests to park. The heater was incredibly noisy. The front desk called our room at midnight, while we were sleeping to inform us that there had been complaints that we were being too loud, when in fact it was the apartments across the way that were causing all the noise. When I brought it to the attention of the staff the next morning how unacceptable it was to call us with out checking it out themselves first, they insisted that they did check it out and " oh we must gave made a mistake" After the phone call it took my mom ad I at least an hour to fall back asleep after being startled out of a sound sleep. Absolutely ridiculous , I would never say there again,

The value and quaint, classic feeling the hotel has. Free wi fi and breakfast! Close to public transportation. My room was very cozy. It was very far from downtown. Dining area is small.

The people working the desk and the person in the breakfast area were very accomodating and nice. The bed was soft, the room was not clean; our 1st day they didn't vacuum, the 2nd day they didn't come in to clean at all. The leg on the only table was off the whole time. The heat could not be adjusted and was uncomfortably warm, they said it was an old building and they had other complaints. Our bathroom window could open but not close.

The cleanness of the rooms. To be honest, it looked like a motel from the outside when we arrived at night. I was a bit skeptical, but the rooms are not what you might expect at all! They were reasonably spacious, had every in-room utility you'd want, and was super clean! And the front desk staff were really nice and cooperative. I wish they had small pin-coded safes in the rooms. The rooms where right in front of the road so you'd hear cars coming in and out at night.

The location was near a Train (t) stop and near Boston University where I attended a Parents Weekend for students who go to the school. The rooms were dark and dingy. There was no desk or chairs to sit or do work on your computer. Also, there was no pool or exercise room. Room was good for sleeping, but not designed for comfort.

Not much. There were enough pillows and the room was plenty warm. Room shabby for the price (even though I understand Boston is entitled to charge an arm and a leg for cheap motel accommodations).

The staff helped to book me a car service in the morning. The breakfast was good. The front desk person wasn't there when I came to check in and had to wait for 15 minutes to check in. The room had a strange smell like cat urine. The hotel was nowhere near Boston University and so had to take a car service. Also had to walk to dinner at night which I didn't want to do. Rate was too high for what this facility is.

The service was beyond amazing. When I fist showed up to check in there was an issue with my credit card and the man at the desk (Kieth) did everything he could imagine to help me. The internet connection was a little lack (I could not connect wirelessly from my room) but it was hardly an issue.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel did not have any special facilities, but was good enough for a solo traveller doing business in the city. Fairly good breakfast. I had to leave the main room of the hotel (where are the reception and the breakfast) to reach my room. This is nice in a summer/spring weather but could be a problem in the winter or during rainy days.
