Great staff, one of the cleanest hotels and rooms we've ever seen, Public transportation right outside door. Good restaurant on premise. Your site listed parking @ $17.00 per night but posted is $20 per night. When I pointed this out, they made good on the price I showed them(also copied what I had to correct Booking,com site) Rooms on Buchanon St. side of hotel can pick up quite a bit of street noise. No continental breakfast included, but onsite restaurant is fairly reasonable. |

I loved Japantown. It is not that close to the city, but alot of Japanese food around which is great! Also it is close to Kabuki Sundance Cinema if you are a movie buff like myself. It also had a small gym which I liked to use, and a cafe I regularly ate from. |

Relação custo benefício. Localização não central dificultou deslocamentos iniciais mas nos colocou dentro de um charmoso bairro japonês com uma identidade muito forte. |

La atención en el frontdesk. En especial, Gerardo. Te da info sobre mapas, recomendaciones y sugerencias de desayuno. Atención: Apartamos el hotel vía Booking.com; pero el hotel, a manera de cubrir riesgo, bloquea en la tarjeta, más del 70% del costo de los días de estancia. Cargan el costo final, si este es menos, entonces, el resto se te repone en tarjeta a los 3 días y el hotel no te avisa de esto. Mosca!!!! |
