Room was spacious.
Heater only always on or always off. Carpet badly stained. No breakfast included.
The hot breakfast was surprisingly nice. The room was clean, and it was nice to have the refrigerator. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after snowboarding.
There aren't any free weights in the work out room. Non-cardio options were limited The curtain didn't completely obscure the view into the room from the outside.
Gas heaters in the pool didn't work
The room. The availability. The facilities. The cookie.
A lot. The hotel doesnt have a military discount that beats booking website prices. The breakfast in the room was very expensive. We paid over $60 for two people. The staff at the front desk couldn't offer any way to make up for the inability to utilize a military discount in some other fashion. Offering us a fresh baked cookie but no complementary breakfast, gift card for the bar, or discounted dinner seemed childish and silly.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice.
We had a room with neighbors who blasted? their TV until 1am and then again at 4am. Was it our neighbors or are the walls paper thin? Hotel rooms are accessed by the outdoors.
Spa was nice and hot Breakfast was very good >> fresh waffles! Pillowtop beds were amazing
Not much~ late checkout would be nice I suppose.
The breakfast included with the room was quite impressive.
The jacuzzi appeared to not be very clean and it was full each time we tried to use it. The heaters in the pool room were not on the 2nd night we were there.
Breakfast was very nice. Beds were cozy and rooms were adequate size for the price.
Bathroom light was on the fritz, but that was all. Really enjoyed the stay.
We thought everything was excellent including breakfast.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and the adjoining hot tub. Excellent facility.
Dark with no natural light. Cold as we couldn't get the heater working.
Location was good, Room was comforable on 2nd floor. Vanity area outside of restroom is nice when more than one person staying. Great variety at Breakfast buffet with courteous staff.
Vanity area where the coffee pot sat had no outlet so you had to move coffee pot to restroom or nightstand to use. Only outlet in bathroom would not accept hotel blowdryer due to mirror location. This was discussed with staff on checkout to be looked into.
Helpful staff. Excellent Mexican restaurant nearby.
Breakfast wasn't great.
Pool, breakfast, wifi
Service at the desk was great. Room was comfortable
The breakfast area was not set up to cater for the number of people wanting to eat at one time.
Great stay ..clean room
Noisy & room pricey for size.
Staff was very friendly and gave us good advice about restaurants. Breakfast was nothing special but okay. Location was good when you're traveling around.
Room not big. We had a room in a corner of the building and it was very dark.
Excellent property if not for the unusable bathroom outlet.
There was only 1 bathroom outlet and it was covered by the mirror frame so I couldn't use my blow dryer or hair appliances.
Location, friendliness of staff and general atmosphere
Clean, updated, quiet, spacious
When I searched hotels for Bryce Canyon, this hotel popped up first as recommended. Unfamiliar with the area, I booked it. Upon arrival, I learned it was 90 minutes away. The hotel let me cancel the second night. This issue is not with the hotel, but with Booking. The hotel was really lovely and I appreciated the flexibility of the staff.
Liked that there was a choice of indoor pool and outdoor pool. Rooms very clean; bed was comfortable. Nice landscaping.
Clean. No smokey smell. Close to Shakespearean festival. No complaints.
Good Location in a lovely town.
The closeness to the Shakespeare Festival was great. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. We liked the breakfast to get coffee, tea, fruit, and cereal. The hot waffles were good and the variety offered plenty options to start the day.
This feels a little picky--because they offer a "free" breakfast, which is very nice. However, the hot portion of the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs don't seem to be eggs; the sausage doesn't seem to be sausage; the hash browns don't seem to be potatoes. T With a few pennies of cost or even a small fee, we could have had a quality breakfast. While we appreciated the convenience and cost, I think management should consider taking the hot foods up a few notches.
the pool, the library, the gym, the breakfast area inside and outside next to beatfull flower-beds.
