The lodge had no confirmation of my reservation through your web site!! Luckily they still had openings.

The staff was great. Very helpful and warm. My husband loved the free cookies and 4:00 p.m. It was very clean. Was a real nice place to stay. Very close to the ski resort.

The wonderful bed and the pool. It was the perfect temperature.

Good staff and thoughtful amenities, given the location (skiing--which we didn't do since it's summer, but they had what skiers would want).

It needs some updating, especially the exterior and halls. The rooms are nicer than these areas would lead you to believe.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a suite when we got there which made our stay even nicer. The location was nice as we could walk to dinner and the night life. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We will stay there again if we are in town for the night.

It was in a great spot next to the bike path and near all the shops.

It was a little run down. The swimming pool heater was not working.

Cleaning staff was rather noisy, breakfast offerings limited for us who don't eat meat or dairy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were perfect for a one-night business stay... a pool/spa for a little R&R, evening cookies for a little snack, and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very close to good restaurants as well.

It looks cosy, the amenities are modest, but fully functional. The interior looks somewhat dated, but feels warm and clean. It's fair value for money, and it's located conveniently near the River Run ski resort. Near means about 10 minutes walk, or a short drive down to the parking lot. I'd go there again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hot tub and pool had a beautiful view and were well maintained. The room was comfortable.

The room was very small. The bathroom was tiny. There wasn't a table and chairs in the room. There was no game room at the hotel like they advertised on the web site.
