The hotel was basic but with enough amenities to be just perfect for sleeping and breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and the food selection was extensive.
pool chlorine and moisture permeated the lobby/hall but room was fine.
The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean, hats off to housekeeping! The breakfast is quite good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is quiet especially at night which is great when you're trying to sleep.
No elevator, but it isn't too bad at all except if you brought big luggage's.
Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful when we requested extra bedding. I liked the variety of breakfast foods in the lunch room each morning. Central location with easy parking.
Very friendly staff. Excellent hot breakfast and wonderful server, Maggie. Good firm beds and spacious room. We had never been to Forest Grove and picked it as a way to avoid the congestion of Portland: a very good choice as it turned out, the town is pleasant and quiet, with good restaurants for dinner.
The promotion that you currently have running, stay three seperate nights a get the next stay free.
I am an international traveller, spending 12 days in both Washington and Oregàn and staying in the Best Western chain of hotels. The fact that at the first Best Weston hotel I stayed Sea Tac I asked to be registered for the promotion and they said that they had but didn't. I then travelled to Walla Walla and stayed at the best western there and I asked to be regested but they couldn't find it and said that they would do it for me. I have spent the last 12 days travelling the Willamette wine route spending two nights in each town I visited, spending hundreds of dollars. All with the reward of getting a free night during my travels. Not to be. I spent 6 different stays in your chain with no reward. I am not happy. I spent more money on accommodation during my travels with the view of loyalty to the Best Western chain but due to the imcompitance of the people checking me in stripped me of the opertunity. I have been now making booking through other hotels because I have been able to save and make the different through the savings I have made. I feel ripped off by your people. I am not a person to complain and told that at Forest Grove OR BW hotel. You probable don't care, you've got your money and one unhappy customer who will not give you any further endorsements. When you look at it that's what your promotion is supposed to, encourage people to stay with you chain. Sorry not for this unhappy customer!!!!!!
Love how accomodating the room was, very friendly for a family of 5 with little ones still napping.
I didn't like that our reservation was lost, even with our confirmation code, they couldn't find us, but gave us another room at the regular rate instead, for which we were thankful!
There would be a lot less cigarette butts on the grounds if a place was provided for smokers!
Comfortable bed, quiet and good breakfast.
Not a lot of dinner choices close by.
The bed and bedding were comfortable. The water pressure and shower were nice. It is close to the college campus.
There was some type of machinery running outside my window or in a closet between the rooms that was quite loud. I could see steam when I looked out the window so I don't know if it was the laundry. It was very disruptive. Additionally, there is no elevator and traveling alone made it difficult to get my things to the 2nd floor.
Super comfortable beds. Bathroom very clean.
Asked Front Desk person about Best Western Rewards Program & rates; person wasn't knowledgeable but provided brochure & phone number to call. Followed directions in the room to access wi-fi in the room, but unsuccessful - had to go to the lobby; preferred to do my work in my room. Breakfast GREAT, but by 6:15am scrambled eggs were cold.Reported phone by bed not working upon check out, but this should have been checked before arrival. Intended to use the wake up call feature on the bedside phone, but used my cell phone instead.
Kayla made checking in easy and quick. Well done Kayla!
We liked that we could have Our puppy with us in Our room & that they left him cookies & poop bag & blanket. Really hospitable!
Upon arriving at the room we found 4 to 5 huge raisins under one bed, which can be deadly to dogs. Good thing we saw it before Our puppy did =)
The bed was very comfortable
No stairs for someone who has arthritis
The hotel was clean, modern and the employees were very helpful.
No complaints. It was a little out of the way from where I was doing business but I would stay their again.
Comfortable bed, linens in great shape, staff was friendly, fitness room for my son to use, breakfast included, ended up with a suite for a great price.
I wasn't given a receipt when I left - the clerk was busy on the phone and waved me off saying "You're good to go." I'll be watching my credit card bill to make sure I was charged the correct price.
