The noise level of other guests. I had to call the Office twice my first night because of the noise by college students. They were banging on doors and very loud talking outside my door. The shower water was never better than lukewarm. I stayed two nights.

The remodeled handicap accessible room.

There were a couple stains on the bed linen (sprayed it with Lysol) and the pool wasn't ready so my kids were disappointed.

We drove 14 hours to get there. Was told by the lady at the desk there were no rooms available. She called another hotel to see if we could stay there. They were booked as well. I told her , I believe her name was Desmond that I had my confirmation paper right in my hand. I had made the reservation the first of June. She handed me keys. We went to the room the pillows were all stacked up like some one had been sitting up in bed watching tv. The bed looked like it had not been made. We went down and told her. She gave us clean sheets and pillow cases and we got to change the bedding. The next morning we had breakfast which was good. When we checked out I complained about the whole incident and she gave us the room free of charge. She had said the Essence Festival was going on and things had been super busy. This is the first time I have ever seen a Best Western in this condition and I like to stay at Best Westerns.

Staff was great

Seems that a lot of people live in the hotel and work there also? Most of the parking spaces close to building were taken by employees. Lots of people standing around doing nothing and not wearing Best Western uniforms but they are behind desk and cleaning rooms. They need to take the ghetto outta this location and probably need new management, did not fell safe or wouldn't stay here again.
