the atmosphere was quite inviting. The staff were cordial, comforting and very accommodating. We truly felt like we were home!
I was completely satisfied.
Room and pool courtyard were lovely. Staff was super friendly. The rooms were comfortable, modern, clean and updates. We found the location great to get to and there was a lot around the area to see and do.
Toilet was not installed correctly so it tipped and made a significant noise every time it was used.
Staff was very Helpful at night.
I had cold water showers. Called downstairs and said it would be fixed by morning... In the morning wasn't fixed.I just didn't bother calling back. I just left.
The bed is comfortable, staffs are helpful, specially housekeeping.
Brekfast is always the same type. Wish if there is some change.
Clean and friendly
Far from airport and French Quarter
Everything it was great the hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was excellent
Easy access to interstate and downtown. Restaurants nearby. Very accommodating staff.
Room near the elevator was noisy. Changed rooms.
The location was nice and everything was close wasn't far from the things that we had planned.
I didn't like that when i was welcomed in the hotel from the facility with your room was cancelled and I can't give you a room. The facility had a little smirk like it was cute that my room was cancelled and he told me it was nothing he could do....
Good breakfast and nicestaff
Distance to down town
Location, next to everything
great hotel with cosy swimming pool and spa good breakfast clean and calm safe area
you need a car to get into downtown New Orleans (20min)
Stephanie gave us great accurate directions on phone to hotel when we had got lost & satnav didnt work. Wrong rooms on arrival However all sorted out and had a great stay. Lovely comfortable hotel with bar and pool. V clean & newly fitted
Had a bit of a moment with a rather rude receptionist, Brian who was less than welcoming and suggested it was my fault we had been booked in the wrong rooms. Toilet overflowed when flushed but this was immediately fixed on request
the rooms were very nice clean. The staff was very informative. The breakfast staff excellent the breakfast was very good.the pool closed too early but I understand it's New Orleans and people come back drunk safety safety safety first.
there was nothing I did not like they are remodeling so it is understandable
Location and inner court pretty ..
Not much around the location
We had mold in our microwave. Our last night at the hotel the neighbors were loud sound like they broke things. It was really ridiculous.
Very cool atmosphere with open courtyard! David & Sherri at front desk were very friendly & gave great ideas to do in Nola!
Other guests smoking in hall outside so smell of smoke when walking around at times
It was close enough to drive to where we wanted to go within minutes. The staff was very helpful & nice. Would stay here again.
One night they advertised free mini sandwiches which are well know to New Orleans, but ran out very early on so several people didn't get to taste them. Could have been better planned. Everything else was great.
Breakfast staff and other support staff were very attentive and hard-working. Beautiful courtyard pool and lit trees give a relaxing and fun atmosphere. Appreciated hotel staff willing to work with a need for later check-out. Hotel was further than my daughter's All-State Choral presentation and we were in need of more time to prepare for performance between morning rehearsal and check-out. Because of her willingness to put our late check-out in the system, we will be back. Excellent customer care! Coming into the room and finding a bible opened to Psalm 23 and a dove-shaped note from the hotel owners...this made our stay start off great.
Computers available in lobby would not allow some downloaded forms; did not have Word, Adobe, or other programs needed to complete my work. Female staff was a bit unprofessional in making it obvious that she was not pleased with the staff who authorized later check-out time. If it was a problem, there are ways to handle an issue without exposing guests to the awkwardness of internal conflicts with hotel registration staff.
Rude breakfast staff
Liked the pool, the free wi-fi, and the continental breakfast.
Would have liked to get my bill the night before I checked out so I could just pack and leave instead of having to stop at the front desk.
The staff were warm & friendly, the rooms were clean & inviting, the decor through out the whole hotel including the room was elegant. The open courtyard was inviting & had a sense of belonging with the jacuzzi, pool & bar. All in all we loved it
This is being extremely picky, the only thing we could come up with was the rooms are a little dark(lighting wise)
Pretty decent location, about 20 minute from Downtown New Orleans, fairly quite. Amazing Courtyard and the room was more than clean. Amazing Breakfast and the staff was more than friendly.
Can't think of anything, overall good experience
Loved the courtyard, gave you a homely feeling. We had our ipod and a small speaker and enjoyed the atmosphere around the pool. Courtyard Bar in hotel inexpensive, close proximity to highway, nice restaurants, shopping etc.
I couldn't think of anything I didn't like. Loved everything !! I would make a recommendation to put a sign up "breakfast buffet served by attendant"; attendant will be pleased to serve you (or something to that effect). My experience (and others) is the person serving stepped away and I thought from previous experience at other Best Western that I could serve myself. The person serving showed some "annoyance" about that when she returned.
