The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. We stay 3 ladies on our way to shop at the outlets from Nova Scotia. We had a very comfortable stay.

Our gps gave us directions going through Bangor when we could have exited right off the 95. Very easy to find once you know.

All Facilities, plus and excellent and varied breakfast. Room was unique, pleasant and comfortable. Truck stop restaurant nearby provided good food at a reasonable price.

Loaction adjacent to large trucking area, but it was not a big problem. Thw weather in April..cold and windy...just like home!

Bathroom was too small

Quiet, Comfortable clean room, friendly helpful lstaff, well organized breakfast area with good food.

Location. Better signage would make your Hotel easier to find.

the service was great, very friendly and polite. i loved the rooms, they were comfortable and very clean. the breakfast was the best i've had at any hotel stay in years, they had everything to choose from and the breakfast sitting room was very inviting. i loved the stay here.

the location was hard to find and out of the way, quite a bit for a beautiful hotel. the only other thing that i didnt prefer was the sink being outside the bathroom door. otherwise was a great stay.

Only one waffle maker was working, which was inconvenient.

Truckstop restaurant next door

Comfortable, clean; pool and exercise room were great. Breakfast good. Room was always left nicely by cleaning staff.

Staff could have been friendlier. Hard to find a Nice place to eat if you didn't know the area.

Free WiFi, helpful staff. The breakfast selections were amazing. Have never stayed in a hotel with so many different breakfast offerings - and they changed from day to day. Our room was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable.

Tres bon accueil et décoration intéressante des couloirs et du lobby sur le thème des présidents des usa. Tres belle piscine extérieure. Excellent petit déjeuner tres complet.

Zimmer hatte zwei Türen zum Parkplatz und zur Lobby. Zum Frühstück musste man nicht rausgehen, da es stark geregnet hatte.

Die Lage am Truckerstop war nicht so schön.

Terrible smell in elevator & lounge musty room

This is a pet friendly hotel and they reallly make your pet feel special.The breakfast was also very good. They were very helpful in helping us find dealers for which we were looking for.

It was too far from the mall

The cookie at check-in (even though it wasn't offered, I just assumed they were for guests and took one).

Uncomfortable beds, clogged shower drain which created daily footbath, smell of hallways, unfriendly attendant at check-in, pool location (in parking lot, next to freeway), 1 shower cap (no other toiletries in room), and limited fruit at breakfast.

Room layout was larger than what i've experienced in other hotels; and the housekeeping staff was quick to respond to my requests; Lastly, the continental breakfast was superb -- lots of choices, from heath conscious to comfort foods.

Can't think of a single thing.

No cups for luring coffee machine, only paper cups for tea and coffee in breakfast room

Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Staff was polite but not really accommodating. Any problems were always deflected to another worker. Person on desk could solve nothing. Not very welcoming or understanding.
