Close to everything-nice restaurant.
The room was fresh, clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
This large chain hotel might have been impersonal and bleak but it was friendly and accommodating with exceptionally helpful staff. We were fisrt placed rooms near a very noisy group but as soon as we requested a move everything was done to be helpful. The new rooms were spacious and quiet. Freshly baked cookies and a basket of local apples were provided each evening.
The breakfast area was small for the numbers using it .
Breakfast was plentiful
Breakfast area was chaos room too small for the amount of people, there is a restaurant but why they could not use it at busy times.
I had booked our room months in advance for a wedding we were attending. The week before I noticed check in time was at 3:00pm, the same time as the wedding. We live 3 hours away and had hoped to change at the hotel first. I emailed the hotel and they were happy to let us check in early. Everyone was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast provided was one of the best continental breakfasts I've had at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
The price was a bit high, but it was in line with other hotels in the area for a holiday weekend.
The motel itself was perfect for what we wanted to do in Burlington. Location and comfort and the Windjammer Restaurant for our Anniversary dinner were superb. We will be back next trip to New England!
location, service at dinner was poor. breakfast room was to small and packed. We had to go to our room to eat it. They attemped to "tax" me $2 to help them "go green". They sad this was to help them buy energy effient lighting? I decline so they then attempted charged me $20 more than my reservation price??? I found this very insulting. Thank you very little!
Great breakfast. Cookies, apples and apple cider available in the lobby. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Close to restaurant and could leave my car there while away.
Everything was nice and extremely clean. We loved the restaurant being so close to the hotel. The staff was also very helpful. We loved it there and we will be sure to be returning.
The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The location in proximity to Burlington was fine.
Way too loud in the morning. The room was very small and cramped. It was hard to sustain a comfortable temperature in the room. We felt it was VERY overpriced, but that seems to be the average for Burlington.
bed everything was just okay,
everything just okay. nothing special
Pool and Resturantwere nice
Strange smell in our room emanating from near bathroom area, which did not fade overnight.
My room was bit clean on my second night and the staff did not even bother to clean the room or offer me to make me feel good
Dinner was tasty!
Slight musty smell in the room-but it cleared
location.; pool; general layout
breakfast was chaotic, room too small for no. of guests
The place is very clean. The staff were very pleasant, except in one instance
My room key card keep malfunctioning. The desk was helpful the first time, but then seemed to think I was putting it near my phone of electronic car key. I was not . It was an inconvenience.
Clean nice rooms and no charge for Wi-Fi or parking that some hotels have started charging in other cities lots of plug ins for phones and computer
Curtious staff helped us on a couple of matters. Really nice people.
The Wifi was troublesome on a few a occasions had to re - install code on 3 occasions. When we went to the bar we asked they make Spanish coffee they said even though it not listed. When it arrived at our table it was like a regular cup of coffee. No sugar around the rim and no whipped cream. The waitress did get us some whipped cream. Needles to say we should not asked. Other than that. it was great.
We loved the overall cleanliness of the entire facility , we also loved the quality of the pools.
Breakfast area was overcrowded during peak hour- 8-9.
I've stayed there several times over the years for business and personal travel. I've been happy with the hotel and with the restaurant and bar.
Nice variety and the staff did an excellent job considering...
Next time you have 4+ college sports teams spending the night I would STRONGLY recommend a separate breakfast room for them. Or at the very least, warn the guests and/or let guests have the breakfast to themselves from 7-8am or something like that. It was total chaos in there trying to fight 30 soccer players for a bagel. Lesson learned. Glad you guys had a full house!
