Good value Breakfast served by cheerful attentive staff.
Receptionist Billie was dreadful. Total lack of any form of welcome. Only breakfast food available
Check in was easy. Room was clean. Bathroom was really clean. No complaints at all
I really liked the Accessibility to the rooms. The Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Lot's of good food for the Grand kids.
Old room and smell. Thank God I had a can of Lysol with us.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining area was nice.
Breakfast was very basic. Would have liked more hot items like eggs/sausage, and more choices for coffee creamers. The orange juice and generic yogurt tasted gross. Our motel room was fine except for the cramped bathroom space and some of the bath tiles looked dirty, although this was probably just from age and poor repair. My daughter and I were concerned at first that there might have been bedbugs, after we both got a few strange bites, but didn't find evidence of them. Aside from these observations, we did have some noisy neighbors during a thunderstorm at 2 a.m. and were disturbed by ambulance sirens one night, though not too late. Computer in the lobby needs serious cleaning and updating.
The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good (kids loved the waffle iron).
They missed my request for a rollaway bed, and gave it (Really? They only have one?) to another room. I was told to have my son sleep on the floor. The pool is cracked and closed, but there's no mention of that unless you bring it up.
The staff personnel were excellent, helpful, informative and polite.
Not what I would expect for a Best Western. Although all the rooms were the same price, some had refrigerators, others did not.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good.
The room needed updating. The laminate was broken so looked kind of shabby. The wifi did not work the first night but they fixed it the second night. The air conditioner was difficult to make comfortable. You would be cold and hot.
Overall I liked the hotel. Leena (i believe was her first name) tge desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant!
They had overbooked and I hadvto stay in a smoking room although I had booked a non-smoking room. The smell was pretty bad and git into my clothing.
We felt the location was close to various attractions and thought it was a safe area. Front desk staff was very nice and rooms were clean.
I thought everything was clean except for the bath mat in tub..limited bathing to showers only. Housekeeping didn't put fresh sheets on bed, but maybe that is the policy for people who stay more than one night. I would bring a pillow next time as the pillows were very uncomfortable.
Price and location was good. Staff was friendly. Nice, quiet place.
Had trouble with the shower, actually couldn't get diverter to work.
It was very easy to find. The room was clean, roomy and very spacious. The restrurant food was very tasty. Room price was great for a retired traveling couple.
Friendly service, clean
Food at their restaurant was not very good.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice and coffee was always available.
I can't say that there was anything that we did not like.
