Centrally located. Many shops and restaurants are nearby .

Price is too high for the quality of the hotel. More reasonable around 74.00 and 84.00 Not 125.00 or more thats ridicules .

Accomodations were okay; however, it continually had blowing air the entire evening and I wasn't able to sleep

Room 101 was right outside the corridor and all the noise was situated when everyone was passing bye the doorway. Screaming and hollering was not pleasant, especially when the children were swimming in the pool and splashing about

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great location.

The mattress didn't have a protective cover.

The location across from the shopping center was great.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected abs the beds were uncomfortable. And the morning cleaning person inferred that we "took" one off two trashcans when in fact when we arrived there was only one trashcan and that one was in the dingy bathroom.

Enjoyable stay. Employees very friendly. Excellent location. Have paid a lot more for a lot less.

The breakfast was very nice, my kids loved eating the hot or cold options they had. The staff was very nice and tried their best to be accommodating to me and my family as well as others when I walked by. The bedding was very comfortable and was able to sleep comfortably

The pool area was good but one if the days we went, they had left the chemicals out and there was stuff there from the day before.

We love this location so much. We absolutely love Elaina who works front counter.She remembered me by name only meeting me for two minutes.

We do not like the rooms that have windowsfacing the pool it is akward to have someone staring at you from between the curtains while you are in the pool

Clean room and bathroom .

The front desk worker that I really liked her name was Tyra she was soooo nice I wish it wasn't fully booked for next weekend otherwise id be staying again :)!

The price was reasonable . The staff was helpfull and friendly . The room fairly clean and neat . Location was right on. LiZ. P

The bathroom tub was a little messy. I just. Some stains could not come out. Carpet could have been a little cleaner .

This was the worst stay ever. Room dirty, staff unfriendly-from the front desk fighting with each other at 7:00. the housekeeping did not smile at all and even yelling at each other on the 3rd floor when we were going in our room, scared the kids! The pool was awful couldn't stay in more than 30 min. We got the room to teach my granddaughter how to swim, but couldn't stay in the pool due to not proper with chemicals. Our room was awful - in the bathroom the sink was clogged, the kids could not brush their teeth. Under the one bed was so I don't think they have ever vaccummed under it.

Problemes with WiFi Very noisy Outside door next to our room open during night.

pool was supposed to be heated, towels were supposed to be available in the pool area but instead were at the front desk, loud party in event room which caused groups of people to hang around and out front of the hotel

Courteousness of the staff. Upon arrival even though we had made reservations online, the individual was unable to find our reservations, but she resolved the matter without incidence and gave us the desired room. The second thing would be the fact that breakfast was included in the cost of your stay, I also enjoyed the respect for privacy.

It was comfortable, close to everything and economical.

The work out/gym didn't have working air conditioning. It was very very hot in there. The remote for the tv would only change channels down and volume only went down. The channel and volume up buttons didn't work. A staff employee came into the workout room while we were there & I asked if he could look at the a/c & he stated in a moment, got some water from the water cooler & left. He never returned.

Convenient location

Wireless internet did not work in my room and hotel were unable to fix it.

It wasnt that clean, the pool was not available, the building was very old fashion, the tv was older than I am it seemed with only 7 or 8 channels, no movie or sports channels(ESPN)...

I thought that the best western is a nasty hotel. The pool was under renovation so we couldn't even use and there was no discount. Crazy and I thought there breakfast was nasty and cold.

The hotel lost my reservation. Then they claim I cancel it. Over an hour later they corrected their mistake. Then there was a roach in 1 room and bed bug in another. There to many maintenance problems with the rooms to complain about. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The continental breakfast was free.

We had lights in our room that required servicing. Lamps were broken. They had a very small dismal looking swimming pool. Rooms were a little tight.
