Score from 841 reviews Good
Just a short walk to the Metro to get to the sights. Good room but had to move due to faulty aircon but were offered another great room. Staff particularly helpful and informative.
Breakfast area a bit small and choice of food not brilliant.
Large rooms, large and comfortable beds, wi-fi in the rooms
Noisy (for me) airconditioner, as everywhere in US ...
The room was spacious and the front desk was very accommodating.
The bathroom was nice until you stepped into the shower. It seemed like someone put a loose layer of a tub over the existing tub.
This hotel was a delight. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms! Very convenient access to the subway to take us to the Mall in Washington, DC. Located in a very nice section of town. Drug store and grocery store within a block. The outside courtyard was a wonderful place to eat breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal with the metro, shopping and great restaurants nearby. Our double room for 4 was a good size, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very ample and included a variety of options (fresh fruit, muffins, breads, bagels, cereals, juices, hard-boiled eggs and more). I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area! A great value!
The parking fee of $15/day.
Welcome with water and candies in the frontdesk when you check in.
No as real as it looks in the website.
Near Bethesda Station on the DC Metro. They let us leave our luggage at the front after we checked out. Lots of restaurants nearby, including a good pizza shop called &pizza.
Room wasn't very big or well-furnished, especially for the price.
Location Facilities Friendly staff and quick response after call
Breakfast area could have been bigger Sporadic Wi-Fi connectivity
The location is excellent for everything. The staff at front desk and laundry are good. (Customer oriented)
The house keeping services is poor.
Location, value for money, all the extras the hotel offers, staff friendly, clean comfortable room.
A little bit noisey ( car park and room above) but nothing that stopped me from sleeping. The hotel MUST upgrade the hairdryers in the rooms- very poor.
Close to NIH and Bethesda's City center. Clean but old fashion
A.C. Too noisy Wifi deficient A bit expensive
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pillows on the bed were great. The hotel was quiet.
The hotel is older and while some parts have been updated others have not. Also the a/c had to be set very low (cold) to keep the carpet from being sticky. The bathroom was extremely small. My husband had a hard time sitting on the small round toilet.
Breakfast and wi-fi services were good.
One of the employees was hostile and impatient. The check-out notice should always be prepared on the morning of check-out day as a reminder!
The team is really welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and confortable. It is a nice location
Breakfast could be a bit more attractcie both the eating room and the food itself.
Customer service of front desk receptionist when I checked in on 20 July 14 afternoon.
Toilet did not work. Walls are thin and I could hear guests on either side of me. Rooms were small and dark. Variability of staff at front desk. I had to keep telling them that I qualified for late check out with each person I encountered over my 24 hour stay. At 1:40pm I received a call still asking when I was checking out.
Location close to Metro train station easy to get into DC and Bethesda has great shopping and restaurants
Great walking location, easy to get around, metro and bus close. Foodies will love it.
View out window:-)
closeness to the metro
Breakfast, staff, gym
We had a very comfortable and pleasant 3-night stay. The friendly staff welcomed us with bottled water and chocolates. The pillow-topped beds, fluffy pillows and tastefully appointed room was a nice retreat after full days of sightseeing. The Keurig brewer, small refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition for a multiple-night stay. The location was superb because the Bethesda Metro stop was a short two block walk from the hotel. There were several nice restaurants near the hotel and a national-brand super market. The secure self-parking area allowed for easy, unlimited access and use of the vehicle for a daily fee of $15.00. The continental breakfast offered a full complement of cereals, drinks, bagels and pastries. The service was extended for weekend guests.
quiet, water bottles, and court. good location
very small room with inadequate air conditioning, Shower large enough for small children. Breakfast had all sugar filled food. eggs were rubbery.. Did not refill coffee in breakfast area after they ran out and had another hour before closing
The staff was excellent. They helped me find places to go, and were all around wonderful. Had a great experience.
The location was great near the Metro Station, many restaurants, CVS store, Enterprise Rental. Easy access to Washington DC
The lovely interior courtyard. The staff.
