Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel  

I have stayed @ many LA hotels but this one is definitely my favorite because you get an apartment for the price of a regular hotel room in the city. It feels like home because you have a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dressing area and the best thing is that you open your door and the pool is right there. The food is good and the staff are very nice. I checked out of the Beverly Hilton because it was so bad compared to this hotel.

Ambiance and European decor

I was not happy my room number 614 and it's next to house keepers room and they were very noicy and nocking in the wall to stop this around 4 times. Also the jakoozi in front of room and also the people who is using it are very noicy. Sorry I will not come ever to this place. I think I did not get value from the mony that I paied (180$ per day !!!!!!!)

The hotel was very comfortable and every one of the staff was friendly and pleasant and helpful. The pool area was fabulous and the pool perfect temperature. Towels were always available. Drinks and food were served beautifully in the pool area,too. The tiny restaurant's food was delicious-we ate 3 meals there and all were great. Actually we ate breakfast and lunch at the pool, as the weather was perfect. A wonderful two days and we can't wait to go back.

The location

1, I asked for a quiet room and was originally put at the noisiest room on Wilshire 2. It took over an hour to get me another room 3. The male front desk staff upon my arrival was indifferent and the new woman was very nervous 4. The TV set in room 311 did not work and when I asked to get it fixed the male staff said he couldn't then when I threatened to write the BBB he got it fixed. 5. I told the staff the night before my departure I would be leaving about 5:30 am. I called in the am and asked for a bell man and to have my car pulled up. Even though there were no other guests in the lobby and 2 bellman/valets after 15 minutes no one had come to my room to pick up my bags and my car was not pulled up.

Nice location. Had a kitchen. Had a business center to print out documents.

The parking rate wasn't described to me very well in the beginning, and I ended up having to pay $28.00 a day just to park my own car on the street. I was not very happy about this. Also, my room didn't have any curtains, so passers by could see in. The internet was also $15.00 a day... very high for such a highly rated hotel... Restaraunt in hotel was very expensive.

Reasonable price and excellent amenities. Hotel is clean, and nicely decorated with exquisit tase. Very friendly staff and easy quick check in and check out. Rooms are very spacious and fine detailed to meet your needs. Kitchen was very clean with all utensils..this place goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Extrordinary experience..we will definitely return.

Everything was excellent..only small issue, recomend a shuttle.taxi service was impossible during new years eve.

It is conveniently located near our family that lives in Westwood.

The nail and hair salon was closed over Thanksgiving weekend.

Perfect location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Got a free upgrade to a better room. Very quiet!

Lot's of staircases in the hotel to get to room, they forgot to get rid off the binbag and left it on the sofa. Parking is expensive, they don't tell you street parking is free!
