The hotel is a glamurous place in a wealthy neighborhood. Most rooms are absolutly quiet. Our Junior-Suite (West-Wing) included living room with kitchenette and a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Excellent value for the price. |

Becomes a lot more expensive as offered. You pay for everything an extra charge. We payed twice as much as we booked. The room was the darkest ever. Since it was situated in the basement, there was almost no daylight. |

good value. My father stayed here and was extremely happy with the amenities, his room, and liked the staff. He enjoyed breakfasts in the little restaurant. when is that lobby going to be finished? It was under construction a year ago when we stayed here. |

Unique layout of the rooms. Quite. Room was spacious and clean. Had not expected the full kitchenette with stove. Excellent value for location in LA. |

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is not far away from Beverly Hills and the shopping center. The reception is nice. The ceiling of the room is not sound-proof and I can hear the step sound clearly. The wireless internet is not free. |

beautiful pool area /courtyard, nice suites spacious with kitchen, close to shopping restaurants need a car to get around, lot of traffic on street in front of the hotel, not nice to use balcony because of traffic |

Swimming pool and little Breakfast restaurant There were not many shops and restaurants in the surrounding of the Hotel. And, 'The room we had was quite distant from the Reception. As I do not easily walk this was a disadvatage, but I could have asked myself if other rooms were available. |

the location There was a very unpleasent experience when we were checking out, since the hotel charged us 239$ (rate per night was 155) for 11 minutes of long distance phone call. This is 10 times more than we used to pay in San Francisco Vintage Court hotel for the same call. Btw: there was no pricelist for long distance calls in the room. |

The room and facilities were excellent and the staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel design and decor were very attractive. The hotel is easy to access from lax. |

Underground parking (Though charged at $20 per day). Room basic cooking facilities. Dirty swimming pool. Internet access charged at $15 per day and then, poor performance. (Cheaper hotels on our trip provided free internet access, with much better performance - and clean swimming pools!) |

Location and size We felt the room was great but our only concern was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Too soft. We kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Plus a king size would have been nice instead of a queen. |
