very pleasant and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, not too big, not too small, very quiet. Suits both long business stay and leisure. Not in the heart of Beverly Hills but super convenient to get to anywhere. Highly recommended! I would like to have free wireless internet in the hotel |

Excellent all round. Service and courtesy at all levels was very good. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The pool area very inviting. The room rate was surprisingly low for a hotel at this class and location in west LA. The stairs to the upper floor rooms (the elevators don't get there) with suitcases can be challenging. |

Excellent value for the money. The Queen studio-suite was reasonably spacious and the kitchen was nice to have. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely consider staying there during my next trip to LA. Wilshire Blvd is pretty noisy, so consider asking for a room that is no directly on the street. |

Nice location It's a motel ........ and you should pay 28$ daily for the parking and 15$ daily for internet ......................... in the end I got a real motel with good location but baaaaaaaad services and so expensive |

From the moment of arrival, I was treated so very kindly. Even the guests were friendly to one another. This is a very tranquil and rare gem of a hotel in an era where slick trumps ambience.It felt like home in the best sense of the word. |

we had an upgrade to a suite,very nice indeed,plenty of space,clean and helpful staff,beverly hills is the place to be but you will need a car and gps,very pleased,have booked with bookings.com many times they have never let us down. wish the resturant was better,felt cramped in the bar area at breakfast time,everyone was on top of each other. |

My room was upgraded to a King Suite and it was the best relaxing experience after driving all day in LA traffic. There was a party going on below my room, but it did not bother me because I was out of the room during it. |

I got upgraded to a suite because the junior suite got booked up so I was thrilled! Had an amazing room, almost like an apartment it was huge. Front desk staff was a bit stuck up and not welcoming but other than that the hotel was great. |

Large comfortable room for an unbeatable price! I got the last room at the rate We were in the back in the older part of the hotel accessable only by a myriad of stairs that we had to lug our lugguage up... But as I said... We got a great price for a very nice room so were are very satisfied |

Really nice hotel with good staff , very clean suites and nice pool. Not far from Rodeo drive for the shoppers. A very nice, small (or intimate perhaps!) dinning facility with friendly staff and good food. WiFi reception was poor and expensive (the first time I have paid for WiFi in a two month trip!). |

The location was good The room was small and the bathroom was smaller and the bed was not a queen it was a full not sure if that's even legal to do to a customer what request a queen |

nice location, clean hotel... Floors were thin - we could hear the folks upstairs like it was a student apartment... And the bed was rather small - not a queen - which I assumed was standard... Bathroom was teeny-tiny, while the living room (it was a suite) was large. Wasted space there which should have been in the bath and/or bedroom. |

Excellent location. Service was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was $20/day but service was excellent. Suite rooms require navigating some stairs, but few and not difficult |

l think it is not noisy place. I think the hotel tried to steal the resident by the invoice, such as l tried to make international call but there is no answering and suddenly l see them charged me above US $ 25. l ask the reception to see the manger because l have objection but they tried to be far and the manger by phone tell them O.K. charge him $ 2 as taxes of call. This is not good dealing. Also, the price is too much and every thing is charged including the car parking about $ 25. |

The hotel is a glamurous place in a wealthy neighborhood. Most rooms are absolutly quiet. Our Junior-Suite (West-Wing) included living room with kitchenette and a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Excellent value for the price. |

Becomes a lot more expensive as offered. You pay for everything an extra charge. We payed twice as much as we booked. The room was the darkest ever. Since it was situated in the basement, there was almost no daylight. |
