Nice tv, clean and convenient location. Friendly front desk staff. Great area located to plenty of restaurants.

Not enough parking for guests staying at hotel.

Price, location, free wifi (strong connection), free parking, clean room, good cable tv service.

Little bit noisy at odd hours (voices, doors shutting).

1. Staff ( front desk, cleaning ladies ). 2. Facilities ( toilet seat have yellow stain on it, no coffee maker, no napkin, toilet paper were very rough, some metal in the tube was very rusted, very limited of towel, there were some black stain on those towel, the toilet got clog and I ask for help but in return they show me where they put the plumper and i had to go un-clog it myself, didn't have a laundry bag, the lock on the bathroom door were not working right, carpet have stain, also there were this unpleasant Oder or smell in the room, and the facilities had a extreme strong smell if curry, specially in the office, the front desk lady were not friendly, bad customer service, needs more training in customer service field, including the general manager,I really think the entire facilities from customer service staff to cleaning/ housekeeping needs major improvement, plus this hotel (staff, workers and facilities) are very un-professional in many ways. Lastly, I think they over charge the hotel rate and the tax % because I also book another hotel in Westminster and they only charge me 6-7% tax and the hotel were a lot cleaner and better customer service but at Beverly Inn they charge me 14% tax with poor poor services and false advertise about their facilities & the parking space were very small and tight. I would not recommend this hotel to any family with kids or looking forward to a leisure stay. This is not the place!!!

They charged extra once we arrived. The room was really dirty. This hotel is in a very seedy part of town. There is no pool, contrary to advertised pictures, etc. It was no way near worth the price we had to pay for one night, $100+ very bad!!!

I liked the location it was close to where I needed to go, cbs Studio, and the price was reasonable.

Well when I arrived, the check-in woman was not very friendly, our room was on the second level and I did not find an elevator, had to carry my bags up the stairs. The room did not have any chairs, or even a clock or clothes hangers. The rug had burn marks (non-smoking rm) and didn't look clean.

The location is great. The Farmer's Mkt, the Grove, lacma and the Tar Pits in one direction, less than mile away. Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Blvd and all the more famous tourist sites are less than 3 miles in the other direction.

I bought a candle from a store nearby because each time I entered the room, I could detect a strange odor. Not an overwhelming one but something not quite fresh.

Price of the room was good. Room was not luxurious but very clean and comfortable.

The sound of the vent in the bathroom. The remote for the TV wasn't the greatest.

location is within walking distance to The Grove and Farmer's Market shopping and eating area. It is also a mile walk to LAC museum. Across the street the CBS lot. Easy walking and safe feeling Fairfax neighborhood where there are many places to eat.

Front desk woman is not friendly. She did as little as possible. Needs customer service training.

Location; w/ microwave oven and small refrigerator; Good wi-fi;

Front desk is locked, thus you need to buzz to be attended; Building is old, so the things in the room;

Excellent price, nice motel, place for your car, minifridge and microwave in the room, near everything in Hollywood.

The continental breakfast is just coffe and a swet roll serve in yhe small lobby.

You get what you pay fro and this was 84 dollars for the two of us for the night.....enough said

The breakfast does not start until 8am which was inconvenient for us as we were heading to Vegas and needed to be on the road early.

You get the level of service/comfort you payfor this is a transit hotel my room dirty carpet/washroom/lining/walls/beds/all in bad shape no phone in my room and no phone book in office,the parking spaces tight if you are over 120 pounds you have exit your car side ways no exit space on either side breakfast sweet roll in plastic wrap

I had a great stay! Wasn't looking for anything super fancy....Just a good price for us to go enjoy Halloween In WeHo...The lady at the desk was pleasant as were the other ladies doing room cleanings and such. Nothing was dirty and i actually prefer this place by far to other places close that i have paid equal to or more for! Kudos I will be back!

anemic shower water pressure. booking said it was a smoking room but it is a non-smoking motel. only two chairs upstairs with a table to smoke at.

The location is outstanding! Very easy drive to Hollywood, West LA, Beverly Hills, etc. Great value for the money, but be prepared it is quite ordinary.

Room is big and clean. Location is very good and they have free parking. Bathroom was clean and the bed and pillow were good

the reception is really massy, dirty and smelled curry everywhere. I was about to cancel when I saw that, but room was ok. Breakfast is a joke - they offer a very bad black coffee with a bad quality croissant (or some kind of it)

The room has a nice space and a good ac Good location, near whole foods, Cvs,CBS, the grove, melrose ave.

First they say, they had a pool but as soon as we got there they were pulling a grass over the pool, so there's no pool. The second, the room is really hot, the ac has to be on all the time. The attendant was the worst person, not friendly at all and there's not enought space for parking.

It is relatively quiet. Two large beds for us.

My wife didn´t appreciate this hotel, specially the cleanliness. The breakfast is a joke: amercian coffee and a goodie, and all that standing up in the entrance. If you don´t want to spend much money and you are tired, then it is ok. If you want to enjoy a good hotel, do not go there.
