Accommodate your guest request as we provide your income. Whether we want one extra pillow or 5 extra pillows. I don't like being questioned about why I need more towels. Do you know vegas hotels provide 10 times better service at way less prices. Your rooms are in need of carpet cleaning and mold removal
The people who run the motel are very nice and helpful. The rooms (I've stayed in two) are extremely comfortable. Good central location.
Little things need fixing: no stoppers in bathroom sinks, no clock in second room, not enough hand towels, frig in second room rocks, no trap in bathtub, toilet seat is broken. These little things make it just a bit cheesy, otherwise I really like staying there.
The Location is great!
It's a run down motel, nothing more.
Good WiFi, spacious and good location with a nice sitting area in the middle.
The room smells like bad stinky incense, I looked in the sheets and i realized they put some kind of smelly oily substance on the beds. The smell is terrible. Parking is not for sure. Breakfast is just coffee and pastries. And the staff is just unpleasant! It's so bad to see such nice property location with poor management, it could have been amazing!
The location was very good, near hollywood. It was cheap.
The parking was pretty small. They didn't prepare towel. The woman behind the desk was very unfriendly and did not treat us as "costumers". Bed seat was burned a little bit. Bath room was pretty dirty. The light was not working.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was quite comfortable and it was great value for money.
The location was good.
The linens were stained. The floor had cigarette burns and was filthy. The towels were rough. There was no light and the whole place was dingy.
only the location
Parking....there is no where to park. We had to pay for the parking meter, which we were not expecting, since the ad said free parking. Also, when we got there after a long drive and we were very hot and tired, no one was at the office to check us in. We called and no one answered. We had to wait in the hot car another 15 minutes.
Nice location Decently clean
No towels Woman behind the desk was rude
Room was a decent size & well cleaned. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant & efficient. Rate was reasonable for a budget hotel in this prime location.
Insufficient parking available. Side entrance was not secured. No facial tissue provided.
One of the worst motel I have ever stayed.
Services, location and wifi is good.
That carpet is old.
Convenient Location Clean
Noise by other guests well into the night. Much drinking and no action taken by manager. Manager's attitude less than welcoming.
Small parking and the room had a very strong WEED smell !!! (It was supposed to be a non-smoking room)
For the the price is good. Rooms are very old and rusty, it's the lonely side road motel setting you see on the films..kind of cool because of that. Overall I didn't mind staying there.
Parking is provided but not enough, if you are late you have to leave your car on the street.
the staff was so friendly and helpful :)
The value is good overall.
The parking is horrible
Good quiet and clean place. Worth the money. Close to beverly hills and other attractions.
It's just a nice relaxing place in a good area for the right price.
Miss the pool and parking is not the best.
Friendly and Helpful staff. Value for money cozy rooms.
The location is excellent. The room was clean and everything worked, i.e., the lights, the shower and the television. The lights are uniquely placed, but I liked them fine.
The staff is perfunctory, but saying they're anything near friendly is a stretch. The thing I liked least was having to park on the street one of the 5 nights I was there because the on-site parking was full. I now know this is a common occurrence. When we first got to the room, the vanity had tape to hold up the front, which looked awful, but it was removed on the 3rd day.
