toilet seat was loose
Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Pretty near the walk of fame but a long walk if you don't have a car. Good WiFi and air con.
Very small . Not clean
Decor of rooms Comfortable bed Power shower and lovely bathroom products Good continental breakfast Friendly reception staff
Room and bathroom a little too 'cosy'
Its at a great location and the hotel is realy clean. The patio and rooftop are nice! And the most important thing: the beds are fantastic!! Also very quiet at night.
Nice hotel for the money. Nice courtyard and roof deck for sitting, reading visiting, etc. Also, there is a very good and reasonable Italian restaurant on the premises for dinner if you don't feel like going out. There is a great breakfast was included in the room rate too!.
Location is excellent is you need to be near hollywood or Beverly Hills. Rooms are on the smaller side but feature smart designer touches that creates a very comfortable space. Free Breaky was delicious.
No lift, porter service would be helpful
good base to get to major attractions like hollywood boulevard or universal studios. excellent breakfast buffet in a very nice patio. nearby santa monica boulevard offers a lot of restaurants and bars within reach (by foot). a laundry is across the street.
The bedding was lovely, the coffee was very good, and the outdoor breakfast area was just lovely.
I couldn't find an outlet in the bathroom.
delicious breakfast and quiet, beautifully furnished patio
breakfast in the garden courtyard with humming birds...

Norhing to mention
The courtyard was charming and the staff wonderful.
Rooms too small. Not enough toiletries. Air conditioning blew on my head all night. Noisey, and lacked amenities. Continental breakfast charming but few choices.
The central courtyard was a haven from the noise and bustle of LA. On the edge of Beverly Hills so lovely clean tree lined streets. Interesting surrounds and not too far from ma
Area and neighbourhood you can't find better in La.
Very small room
- The hotel "garden" and the top sun terrace, beatiful and relaxing hotel - Staff, very frindly and nice - Very easy to drive to - Very good breakfast
- Perhaps a little small rooms, but it's vas OK.
The hotel was a simple, clean and nicely decorated one. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was also simple, but nice.
; making sleep very difficult. Whilst the hotel was right next to Beverley Hills, it was not accessible to the major sights of LA, unless you gave a car or use the 'hop On hop off' bus. Few bars and restaurants nearby; except for those that appeared to be in a gay zone, which may not appeal to everyone. No pool - after busy and hot days sightseeing, this would have been welcome. Suggest staying closer to Sunset Blvd, at Universal Studios - or even Santa Monica. Not a good location for first time to LA.
Super friendly staff, they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Very good location at the edge of Beverly Hills, meaning you can get to Hollywood, Santa Monica and Rodeo Drive conveniently (still a long ride due to traffic, this is LA). Super nice breakfast included in the room rate
The rooms are quite small, we had the Queen room upgrade and it was just barely large enough, I wouldn't want to stay in a smaller room. The rooms on the ground floor around the courtyard really aren't good, your windows are facing the central social area so you'll need to keep your blinds closed to get any kind of privacy. I think you can avoid this by getting the queen (larger) rooms which are all on the second level, can someone confirm?
Front desk folks were wonderful.
Nice hotel for the money. Very nice staff. Lovely courtyard for sitting, reading visiting, etc. Also, there is a good Italian restaurant on the premises for dinner if you don't feel like going out. The breakfast was included in the room rate, which was extremely convenient.
Our room had two double beds which made it a little crowded. They charge extra for parking which is a little disingenuous since LA is not a walkable city and I would think every guest would have a car they need to park and there is no street parking.
The breakfast was very good.
The room was too small and it doesn't have enough outlet.
