Wifi was super, nice breakfast included, staff was kind and helpful.
Kind of small rooms.
It was comfortable and special. I like the concept and it wasn't too flashy. Hidden gem.
I wasn't told there was a parking fee, even on my preliminary check-in breakdown. A man walked up right away to park my vehicle only about 25 ft away (no exaggeration). I had no idea until my final bill. I thought it was apart of the reservation and paid $20 to the gentleman because of the holidays thinking he was based off tips. It's not the money per se but the nondisclosure that bothered me. I also currently have a double charge pending from the restaurant which I hope dissolves. Ultimately, I would go again. I just hope communication is a bit better next time.
Location,friendly staff & comfort
No tea & coffee making facilities in room or available after 9pm
The location is really good, easy to get fine restaurants, chic shops, high quality market, etc. Staffs were friendly, and the building is cozy structure which has a courtyard, where one can eat, take a rest, have a meal.
The shower current was week. And the breakfast... if one prefer cereal and milk, it would be good but if one imagine breakfast with eggs, sausages, and bacon, one must know it's they must be ordered with extra money (8 dollars for fried egg).
99% of the stay
Bad wifi connection in upstairs rooms
The entire experience was awesome right down to all the staff and views from roof are stunning. I would recommend this to anybody going to LA.
The staff was really nice. Inside the hotel is very well decorated and beautiful. It is very old, but well maintained. The location is fantastic for the West Hollywood & Beverly Hills area.
The rooms are very small. It's ok for just 1 or 2 nights, but I would not recommend for any longer stay. The hotel seems quite old, but it is quaint. There was no clock in the room at all, which was not so bad (if you're on vacation), but a bit disconcerting. The parking lot is tiny and difficult.
Front desk staff were very kind and friendly and gave excellent service. We had to stay longer because husband had to go to hospital for several days and they were accommodating and caring. 100% happy. Other staff also very nice. Would definitely come back.
There wasn't anything I didn't like
The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good
Really good choice for value/money. Excellent breakfast - not usual for the US. Welcome drink, helpful staff. Crustacean restaurant is located near by.
Everthing was great
Location Bed was comfortable and clean
The noise started at 5:30 am from staff and woke me up. Its very noisy on the bottom 16-17-18-19 rooms should not be given to anyone staying more than 1 night who doesn't need to get up early. Bathroom was small and dirty = splatter on the walls around toilet and someones lost contact lens was even stuck to the wall. I would not recommend this hotel
Everything was great... Mainly the staff.... They were very helpful and made our lives way to easy there! I highly recommend it!!
The beds and linen
Insufficient space for 2 beds
Comfortable bed. Modern decor. Updated fixtures. Quiet experience. Great complimentary breakfast. Beautiful roof-top patio. Perfect location. Friendly staff.
Although they have no pool or hot tub, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
The continental breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the food and serve at the restaurant.
The room was very small but cute. I had to keep reminding myself, it's still one of the best deals in Beverly Hills.
The friendliness, charm, decor, European feel, restaurant. Great place and great value.
Missed having a bath tub.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is adorable. Very pretty with lovely furnishings. I particularly liked how the bathroom door made it look like a cupboard. So cute. Breakfast was very good.
Be aware there are no elevators in this hotel and even if you are on the first floor you need to go up about 4 stairs. If you have accessibility issues you may want to stay elsewhere or at least call the hotel to discuss them before booking. Our major problem was the bathroom floor. It was extremely slippery. All 3 of us slipped a little, and the youngest of out group actually had quite a bad fall.
The court yard!
The size of the room/bathroom.
Very good localization, between West Hollywood and Beverly hills. Breakfast also good, comfortable bed and nice staff.
WiFi week at the room. Parking expensive - 12 dollars per night
We were visiting the Troubadour for a concert, and the Beverly Terrace was no more than 100 metres away. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting Beverly Hills. The decor of the hotel was fantastic. The patio and roof gardens were amazing. Would definitely stay there again (in fact we've already booked another stay!) and would highly recommend.
Not really any dislikes. But the room we had was a tad small, however that didn't really make too much difference to the enjoyment of our stay.
The hotel is located in a good position in beverly hills, in front of a nice green park and not far from the bars dedicated to a young clientele (5 min walk). Breakfast is pretty good (only sweet cakes and fruits, no eggs or ham). The small inside garden is perfect for reading and spending some relaxing time
The wifi connection was poor in the rooms on the first floor behind the door leading to the longest wing of the hotel.
Lovely staff, good breakfast included. Very helpful of directing us to shops and restaurants and organised a rental car and cabs for us no fuss. Comfortable beds and not too noisy considering we went right on Santa Monica Blvd
Poor wifi in the room, had to go to the lobby for better reception. Room was a bit small for 4 people with small bathroom.
Internet didn't work in my room.
