It was all around a good experience. Martin was a great help and every entertaining.
Lovely courtyard where you could eat or drink and the roof terrace was a nice place to hang out at night.
The room although comfortable was small and the toilet wasn’t much bigger than a cupboard, no bath and nowhere to hang anything. ground floor door opened into the court yard so no privacy. the window looked onto a building side wall
Loved the home made cookies that were always at the front desk. The open air courtyard in the middle was a great. Staff was all very friendly.
I stayed there for two nights and then came back for one more night after going to Palm Springs. There was a problem with my room the first two nights. I told them about the issues and they did upgrade me when I returned for the third night.
Proximity to WeHo restaurants and nightlife-walked!
A little oasis beautiful atmosphere perfect for a couple thank you to Gabriella for advising to go to The Grove and The Farmers Market
Rooms a little small wifi not the best but not overly important
Very good people in hotel (clerk or manager) , very clean bed and room , from 18:00 to 23:00 free valet parking I want to visit again if I have a chance to go back Bevery Hills
Wi-fi...We did not use because of over-access
Very charming ambiance. I had a view of the beautiful Moroccan atrium. My room was very clean and the bed/pillows very comfortable. All staff was accommodating and pleasant. Loved the breakfast buffet and the atmosphere of the charming cafe, including the european style music. Overall a hotel I will recommend to anyone I know.
Room was a tiny bit small but wasn't that much of an issue.
We were warmly greeted by the front desk person and promptly checked into our room. It was very cozy - small, but that was expected. Very clean and well laid out.
Not much. Parking was $12. I hate paying for parking, but $12 isn't bad for Beverly Hills.
I loved how close you were to Sunset Boulevard and Melrose, both were walking distance. The rooms were very cute, my mom was staying with me. I liked the rooftop too.
Staffs are awesome. Management is great . the owner even took time to say hi to me and my kids.
Put some more thoughts and effort into the breakfast . The lady asked me to pay 2 dollars before she could warm the milk in the micro wave for my kids to eat the cereal . I ve got 4kids that means 8 dollars to micro wave free break fast? . Well my kids had cold milk with their cereal . I thought that was kind of
Room was comfortable Room amenities were very pleasant smelling and soap was excellent but the shower gel / shampoo and conditioner dispensers make the hotel look very commercial. Staff were very freinly and happy to help out whenever.
- Number of sockets was not enough. Had to move a bed to connect my laptop charger. - Was assigned room 13 which was very small and didnt not have room to move about nor to keep luggage without bumping into it everytime.
Location, modern and clean room
What worths the most is the inner patio that the hotel has. Also within the hotel property there is a very good Italian restaurant
Location, size of bed
could hear people on reception
Friendly staff, good location.
There is no elevater, the breakfast is the same everyday, the room is small and the bathroom very tiny.
Great staff, great location, very confortable...I do recommand it! There is a nice patio and a terace onthe roof. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff very helpful.
Even though rooms were small, and the outside of the building was unattractive, everything was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean with great service. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This is a luxury hotel.
Rooms were very small. Not a lot of parking.
Outdoor sitting area Breakfast Linens and bed Convenient Good value
Room a bit small
sheets and bath towels were clean, staff was friendly, good location, mini fridge in the room
room was a little small for 4 people with a bunch of luggage.
Enjoyed the very helpful staff and boutique feel to the hotel. Location was great.
Found the bathrooms a bit on the small side. ( We rented three rooms ).
Loved the location We had a car Close to everything we wanted to see Easy use if freeways and close to airport Great market close by Would definitely stay there again Staff really helpful Great little restaurant attached Breakfast included a bonus
Wifi was super, nice breakfast included, staff was kind and helpful.
Kind of small rooms.
It was comfortable and special. I like the concept and it wasn't too flashy. Hidden gem.
I wasn't told there was a parking fee, even on my preliminary check-in breakdown. A man walked up right away to park my vehicle only about 25 ft away (no exaggeration). I had no idea until my final bill. I thought it was apart of the reservation and paid $20 to the gentleman because of the holidays thinking he was based off tips. It's not the money per se but the nondisclosure that bothered me. I also currently have a double charge pending from the restaurant which I hope dissolves. Ultimately, I would go again. I just hope communication is a bit better next time.
Location,friendly staff & comfort
No tea & coffee making facilities in room or available after 9pm
The location is really good, easy to get fine restaurants, chic shops, high quality market, etc. Staffs were friendly, and the building is cozy structure which has a courtyard, where one can eat, take a rest, have a meal.
The shower current was week. And the breakfast... if one prefer cereal and milk, it would be good but if one imagine breakfast with eggs, sausages, and bacon, one must know it's they must be ordered with extra money (8 dollars for fried egg).
