Staff was very helpful & inititive. Made you feel very welcome.

The staff was outstanding and the hotel is beautifully cared for. We had plenty of common space for our large group to be together and the pool is GREAT!

The key cards didn't work well.

Loved the hidden away rooms they felt like private bungalows.

Check out could be later for a boutique hotel. Noon would be great. Had a nice time thanks to all

Cozy, good location, clean with all the essentials. Free Breakfast is always great.

No room safe

The location is great, it is a few minutes to Clamatis, but located within the heart of the furniture district with a bunch of fine consignment shops for various budgets.

The room needed a complete makeover: new paint job, trimming and fixtures. At the very least the walls and doors could stand to be wiped down!

I didnt like the fact that it is located right next to an auto part store. Other than that I loved this place

It was nice to have a modern looking, design style hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and proposed upon arrival to change our King Bedroom to 2 Queen Size beds as I was travelling with my son. I read some negative comments just before arriving (but after having booked and payed) so I was worried, but I am very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing really, apart maybe from the rather small (bath)room and the fact that bagels at breakfast were so old you could hardly cut them in two. But general offer for breakfast was better than the average breakfast.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Hotel Biba. We woulfmlikemto come back one day when we return to Usa.Stuff is fantastic, the hotel is sparkling clean,very elegant and the room was lovely, beautifuly decorated and to be honest the bed at this hotel was the most comfortable bed I slept in many years. I need to ask the manager for the brand of matress and bed they use there because it is very , very comfortable. The gardens are lovely, the swimming pool is great and the hotel is located in a lovely historic part of West Palm beach. They offered us an amazing and delicious breakfast and all day we had acces to the most delicious pastries from the bakery, coffee, tea, water with oranges. Everybody that works at Biba hotel is super nice and very helpful. Thank you very much for being so kind to us. Elena and Alexandru

Everything was great!

Rooms were nicely done- simple but tasteful and very clean. Staff at reception excellent! Ithers in grounds and at breakfast very nice!

Cell block style rooms with no carpeting and abundant concrete. Loud a/c units.

A mini window ac unit that sounded like a truck. A bathroom that was disgusting. It was like renting a room at a halfway house.

Quaint charm of the hotel...crystal in the lounge was super friendly and informative about the area and hotel...

No snack food available in the lounge ....and the room could use a throw rug

For me, the convenience to visit my mother. There is a bus to the wpb shopping center nearby, but not close enough or frequent enough to get around.

Telephone messaging system archaic and broken. Wake-up call and taxi ordered were lost.

The Biba was a real surprise, not at all the "standard" accomodation. The design is modern, built with quite some money and good taste, even in small details, into a vintage Motel structure. The position, though being on the "West" Palm Beach side, is probably the closest you can get for the money to Palm Beach. Everything is clean, breakfast copious, excellent value for money. Breakfast in the palm-shadowed courtyard.

I liked the boutiqe atmosphere of the hotel, and the cleanliness. The location although not central was interesting tom see the homes in El Cid Pool was nice to relax late afternoon

The Air conditioning unit was noisy, staff did say they system was been chnaged later in the year. It will not stop me using hotel again

Our room was bright, cheerful, and creatively designed. A charming change from cookie-cutter motel chains. Nice pool, courtyard, and continental breakfast included. Convenient to seafood restaurants and the Flagler Museum.

The outside air conditioning generator made very much noise (in the night, not during the day !!)

The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the grounds very attractive and the breakfast excellent.

Rooms a little too sparsely furnished, no bar soap in our room on arrival, not enough electrical outlets to accommodate our cpap devices, and no heat as it was quite cold during our stay.

Loved the location, walk to visit the Ann Norton sculpture gardens, to down town, people were great, very international.

Coke machine ran out of water every day.

Close proximity to the Honda Classic Golf Tournament and the Italian Restaurant over the road.

The noise of the train at 4.15 in the morning and the relentless noise of the traffic at peak time.

Breakfast was good w fresh pastries. Close to interstate

No heat, couldn't get air off , even w staff assistance. It was 45 degree at night and I slept in my coat. Also, no hot water I shower. Told manager on check out, only said he'd check into it! Last time at this place, was tired and cold when I left

No drawers in rooms - we stayed eight days and this was a drawback.
