Hotel Biba    

The staff was polite and courteous. Our concerns were always regarded as a priority. The courtyard with "frog" pond and the breakfast nook / cafe were very nice. Upon completion of the remodeling, this hotel will be a popular place for young and older couples.

Although our 1st impression was 'dampened' by a leak and wet mattress, our new room was cozy. The outdoor electronic door lock on our door was like playing a roulette wheel, but it always worked .... eventually.

The architecture and grounds were very interesting. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had. Nice location adjacent to El Cid neighborhood and Antique Row on S. Dixie Hwy.

It is a renovated older property, so the room size was small. That is the trade off for the budget friendly price. We were happy with the trade off.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. There was a pool but we didn't use it. The beach is just a few minutes a way by car.

We couldn't get the TV to work, but it wasn't a real problem for us. The air conditioning kept a very loud noise which was a bit tiring and kept us up during the night...

Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was nice.

We liked everything. An airport shuttle would have been nice but for the price, we were very satisfied.

Comfortable bed, cool shower tile, nice TV

This is a small boutique hotel with very nice employees. The room was newly remodeled with a modern, European style and very comfortable. I bookes it for $69/night. Was amazed that it included free parking, free WiFi access in the rooms and complimentary breakfast.

It was so cozy and everyone was very nice and social.

The housekeeping staff was so awesome and made our stay a joy. Would come back because of them. Patio area beautiful

The color of the rooms and first hotel to not have artwork in the rooms. Last day key would not work to room. Got locked out 5 times with being given 6 keys to keep trying. Front desk did not offer any discount for the trouble that day like other hotels would

I recently stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was always around, asking if we needed anything. Breakfast every morning was also very good. Lots of variety to choose from.

Bed made noise. AC didn't work well. Shower head was terrible. Exceptionality small TV for size of room.

They discounted one night because our sheets were dirty with blood. The housekeeping staff was really friendly.

The receptionist when we first arrived rejected the fact that they worked with booking.com and that booking.com made up their own information about their rooms and we had booked a room for 3 adults and they wanted to put us all in a queen size bed. One hotel guest was kind enough to concede her room to us with 2 queen beds. The solution did not come from the receptionist who was extremely rude and confrontational.

The staff was outstanding and the hotel is beautifully cared for. We had plenty of common space for our large group to be together and the pool is GREAT!

The key cards didn't work well.

Loved the hidden away rooms they felt like private bungalows.

Check out could be later for a boutique hotel. Noon would be great. Had a nice time thanks to all

No room safe

The location is great, it is a few minutes to Clamatis, but located within the heart of the furniture district with a bunch of fine consignment shops for various budgets.

The room needed a complete makeover: new paint job, trimming and fixtures. At the very least the walls and doors could stand to be wiped down!

I didnt like the fact that it is located right next to an auto part store. Other than that I loved this place

It was nice to have a modern looking, design style hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and proposed upon arrival to change our King Bedroom to 2 Queen Size beds as I was travelling with my son. I read some negative comments just before arriving (but after having booked and payed) so I was worried, but I am very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing really, apart maybe from the rather small (bath)room and the fact that bagels at breakfast were so old you could hardly cut them in two. But general offer for breakfast was better than the average breakfast.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Hotel Biba. We woulfmlikemto come back one day when we return to Usa.Stuff is fantastic, the hotel is sparkling clean,very elegant and the room was lovely, beautifuly decorated and to be honest the bed at this hotel was the most comfortable bed I slept in many years. I need to ask the manager for the brand of matress and bed they use there because it is very , very comfortable. The gardens are lovely, the swimming pool is great and the hotel is located in a lovely historic part of West Palm beach. They offered us an amazing and delicious breakfast and all day we had acces to the most delicious pastries from the bakery, coffee, tea, water with oranges. Everything was great!

Rooms were nicely done- simple but tasteful and very clean. Staff at reception excellent! Ithers in grounds and at breakfast very nice!

Cell block style rooms with no carpeting and abundant concrete. Loud a/c units.

A mini window ac unit that sounded like a truck. A bathroom that was disgusting. It was like renting a room at a halfway house.

Quaint charm of the hotel...crystal in the lounge was super friendly and informative about the area and hotel...

No snack food available in the lounge ....and the room could use a throw rug
