Great pool with huge spiral slide, sure to please the kids!

Overstimulated with children noises at pool and parents allowing toddlers to use hot tub as a kiddie pool....never splashed in the face as much! Have some common sense, parents!

The pool was very fun for our girls and the main reason we stayed there. The breakfast was also very nice and well done.

The beds were extremely hard and we both woke up with sore shoulders. (The girls had no problem.) Our main issue was that there was a group on our floor traveling with family and/or friends. They were housed in several rooms and there were quite a few children with them. The problem lay with the fact that at least two of the children (still in diapers) ran up and down our hall shrieking and squealing until after midnight. The parents would eventually figure out that the children were out of the room and would thunder down the hall shouting at the children to return to the room. This happened time and time again and we were unable to get to sleep until after 12:30 A.M. We did not know what room these people were in or we would have called it in. However, since the floor was open directly down to the office, the sound could clearly be heard by the front desk staff who chose to do nothing about this. (I had to go to my vehicle to get something I had forgotten during all of this ruckus so I know that the noise could be clearly heard from the front desk.) As a side note, these people were also allowed to remain with their small children in the pool after all of the other children under 18 were asked to leave at 10 P.M. I don't know how long they were in the pool after we left but I do know that it caused a certain amount of consternation with our children and others staying in your establishment. They did not understand why they were the only children who had to follow the rules while there were others who clearly did not. The room also smelled kind of stale. It was noticeable only upon entry but we got used to the smell and didn't notice it after that.

Proximity to airport -- we had an early morning flight.

It was nice, comfortable, and hospitable. I and my family had a great time with her excellent service.

Excellent accueil : réceptionniste souriante et très sserviable. Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour un établissement avec bonnes prestations : piscine intérieure (petite certes mais bien agréable après une longue route), laverie, petit déjeuner inclus. Un peu perdu au milieu de nulle part mais nous recherchions une étape entre San Francisco et le Canada et l hotel est tout proche de la Highway. Idéal.

We chose this hotel because of the location and the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We received excellent customer service and the kids loved the pool with the waterslide. I appreciated that there was a lifeguard And that he tested the water.

Great for families with children.

The staff was so accommodating...a very pleasant overnight.
