    The location is outstanding, the staff super helpful at any time of day, extremely comfortable beds, very well maintained and beautiful building, would highly recommend!

    The room was spacious, the staff was great, the hotel was clean and well kept.

    Our toilet kept running, the shower wasn't great, and the pillows were so flat we had to use the pillows the used to make the beds. I understand pillow choice is per person, but make both a firm option available and a feather/goose option.

    We arrived early and when they room they originally reserved for us was not ready, they upgraded us to a suite. Cythnia at the front desk is a great asset to the hotel, and recommended a wonderful tour guide for the cementaries. Great location on the french quarter.

    Original room smelled moldy, no windows in the rooms.

    Nothing, didn't stay.. I had to relocate to another hotel.

    Customer service worker was insensitive about relocation.

    The location was superb. You could walk to the French Market, flea market, Royal street, everything was right at hand. The hotel served a lovely breakfast with staff and other guests being friendly and good company. It was a delight to stay here with my 18 year old niece.

    From the outside the building looked very nice a quaint.

    The room was very small. There was no window to see the outside and the room smelled like dog urine. When we asked for a different room we were told it would take time since computers were down. Housekeeper told us the smell was the cleaning solution. We told them at the desk we were leaving and they said okay. They did not try to accommodate us in any way.

    Location, but prefer Monteleone Hotel more.

    When I was watching TV a mouse came out from under a chair, looked at me and walked out under the door. I was too startled to react or scream.

    Fabulous location and very nice room. The staff was friendly and the 5:00 glass of wine was a nice touch.

    The location was great!

    Elevator was too small, hot and slow. Noise from street was loud on weekend.

    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

    Parking fee was $32 a night. Taxes and extra fees ran the cost of what was a basic no frills room up to $200 a night.

    My wife and I don't drink alcoholic beverages so after we had a great dinner we went back to our room. Wand we tried to get another one with no e wanted to look at the menu for pay per view that the hotel book had in the room which stated there was pay per view. When we inquired about it they told us it was discontinued. Also the remote control didn't work and no help from room service or the staff. The advertisement should tell you that the rooms don't all have windows. The charge for parking is ridiculous. $34.00 per day and they park your vehicle at another location.

    The hotel's location and the decor was very elegant. The staff was great, kudos to the security officer, he was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty!!!

    I hated the fact that I couldn't control the rooms temperature. The temperature is controlled by the hotel and it was freezing every day!!!

    No restaurant or room service available--However, the written materials in the room stated that there was a restaurant and provided a menu.

    The staff was wonderful and genuinely seem to care

    The smoking options were poor, while sitting on the patio you felt like you were interfering with other people. Maybe a rooftop terrace, with a view would be nice

    good localization for french quarters

    after check in, we left baggages at room and went for dinner.when we came back room was full of insects - it was like in horror movie, on desk, on walls, in bathroom, everywhere. they gave us another room, but they didnt sorry us and they didnt give us any discount.

    I like to low keyed and warm atmosphere of the hotel

    The exterior was being painted and I don't like walking under scafolding
