Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The location is second to none and the price was unbeatable. One guy on staff was not very nice in asking to leave the lounge room. |

Great location (a minute walk to the middle of Times Square), fairly clean, only 4 beds per dorm room, most staff was friendly and helpful, free wireless internet available. There's only a few bathrooms per floor, in the mornings there was often a line... |

The staff was really friendly and helpful, best service I've had. Also clean. The rooms are pretty small, but if you don't plan to use it much other than sleep, then it's perfect. Cozy, and just one block away from times square, perfect location! What I really missed was a social area where people staying at the hostel could just sit and chat. The kitchen area had a table with four chairs, and the other room was pretty much dedicated to computer use. I guess it's different in the summer when one can sit outside. Could benefitially remove the floor carpets from the rooms. |

Excellent location (1mins from Times Square) !! However, I would only recommend this hotel for budget travelers/backpackers. Cleanliness of my room was poor. I had a wet spot next to me bed. However, the kitchen and the lounge was clean and comfortable. |

I thought the hostel was an excellent value. It was close to everything and easy to get to. I would highly recommend it and plan on returning soon. |

Friendly staff, plenty of good advise,very clean, location, safe environment constructive suggestions : an electric jug/ kettle would useful to make a cup of tea/coffee instead of boiling water in a saucepan on the hotplates. Perhaps a calender on the wall so guests can work out dates easily |

The location was great for the price and it was the only reason I didn't change hotels once we were there There was one extremely helpful staff member which we greatly appreciated as the rest of the staff were rude and extremely unhelpful |

Location, Location, Location, great value for the money, outdoor space to hang out in - hard to come by in the city, private room available, front desk people are out of this world friendly and helpful, kitchen to prep food, common room with wifi internet access. My room window didn't lock, and someone could have come into the room from the fire escape. There was a safe in the room, so I didn't really mind. Because you are asking that is the only thing that I can think of. |

Location is excellent, rooms were quiet, and the availability of free wi-fi much appreciated. There were only two showers and toilets available for four dormitories of 32 beds, which meant the inevitable long queues in the narrow corridor of a morning. The overall decor is also worn and out-dated. New bathrooms needed urgently. |

Very nice hotel, clean room. Near 5th avenue, Times Square, subways. Perfect location. Internet was available. I really enjoyed this place. I will surely go back there on my next visit to New York. / Très bel hotel, chambre propre. Tout près de la 5e avenue, Times Square, métros. Très bien situé. Internet disponible. J'ai vraiment aimé l'ambiance, ,j'y retournerai sûrement à ma prochaine visite. Towels are not free if we rent a dorm room./ Les serviettes ne sont pas fournies quand on loue les chambres dortoir. |

cheap, close to things. as with all hostels, it's not for the meek, but as hostels go, it's just fine. Where else can you get a $50 bed in manhattan. half block from times square. great if you're into theater. typical of a hostel, there was a frenchman vomiting in the bunk below and a brit couple upset that their roommates were actually alive. They all needed a hug, but it was relatively uneventful. |

I had never stayed at a hostel before and surprisingly it was a great experience.The best location,clean ,good staff,cool people. Perfect It is a basic hostel ,but there is nothing i did not like about it. |

The location was great. Very close to Time Square and Broadway... as in Time Square is closer than the nearest McDonalds. There were four girls in a room which was okay. The bathroom was cleaner than I had prepared for.The hotel also held some stuff that I had ordered online ahead of my trip for me. Value for money if your main objective to experience New York. Could do with a bit of face lifting.Also had a bit of a smell in the rooms. There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. |
