Big Apple Hostel  

Good location, pleasant area of relationship between the guests with alcoholic beverages allowed and toilets clean at all times!.

Old mattresses, does not provide towels and lockers for bags.

We are a family of 5 adults, who stayed at the Big apple for 15 nights. We found the location to be excellent. The facilities were clean and adequate for our needs. We would be very happy to stay here again.

The kitchen could have more equipment- plates, utensils, teatowels, dish cloths available.

The location is very good, close to everything!

Some rooms are very small, wifi in the room didnt work,

Staff, ranging from Receptionist to houskeepers in the lanudry room, is informative, helpful and willing to accomodate your stay e.g. arrange for same sex dorm as requested, booking a shuttle bus to/from Airport, help for operating washer/dryer. Its facilities are compact yet well functioning. Clean bathroom and no que during the whole of my stay. Location is very convenient, in the middle of Time Square, and about 5 minute walk to subway. I stayed in the dorm room which is highly recommended for Solo traveller as value for money.

Noise from the street. No locker in the dorm room. Bunkbed always shaked and made noise everytime one moving. Blanket was thin and didn't look clean.

I can't point excepcional experiences about the Hotel during my stay, other than the perfect localization. Even so, I am really glad to have chosen this hotel, because on the overall my stay was what we really expect when we decide to stay lodged in a Hostel. For sure its price worth it: a place where you can take a good rest after a whole day walking

As I had been told, the receptionists dont treat you that well. Not a big deal, though.

location, a lot of attractions are within walking distance which is very good.

It was a great place to meet people from all around the world. And the location was great.

The staff was very rude all the time, they didn´t help me or the others I met there at all. They only wanted your money and they didnt care if you needed something.

Ciao mi chiamo Roberta ed assieme alla mia amica Debora abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti al Big Apple Hostel, l'ostello è abbastanza accogliente, le lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti. La posizione è fantastica, a circa 50 metri da Time Square, ci trovavamo a Manhattan esclusivamente per lo shopping, quindi avevamo tutto a portata di mano...

L'unico neo dell'Ostello, che non è causa di esso ma dalle persone, è la mancanza di rispetto nelle ore notturne della gente che dorme.

Il est très bien placé, à côté de Times Square.

La propreté des sanitaires communs laissait un peu à désirer, c'était moyen. Attention, après une inspection des services sanitaires américains vendredi 3 juin 2011 après-midi, l'hôtel a été fermé, jugé insalubre. Il ne rouvrira qu'après travaux de mise en conformité.

Perfecte locatie. Werd goed schoon gehouden, voor een hostel
