I enjoyed the room and location of the cabin everything was convenient and nearby
Upon arriving one of the staff ladies was pretty rude. Telling us it was private property after we had booked in. The shower was really bad because it is not hight enough. The cabins need a little TLC
Spa - TV - bed - Fireplace. Over all a positive experience. Yes, I would do it again.
heating pipes all night sound like someone knocking on the door.
I loved the ambiance of the cabins. Decorated in knotty pine and forest decor. The privacy of each cabin was nice including private carport for each cabin. The spa tub was a nice treat for warming our achy muscles.
There wasn't any seating other than the bed and two straight back chairs at a table. Okay for the basics, but when you get a little older and need a comfortable chair to watch any movies or tv., not so much.
Liked the location. It was nice and warm.
A cleanup fee I think is a little much.
Room was just like picture but better. Bed, Jacuzzi, fireplace, perfect setting! Solid structure independent cabin to were you couldn't hear neighbors one bit.
microwave was slow to heat. Filling tub uses hot water up and becomes Luke warm.
good location close to everything privacy good
there was no dawn soap in the kitchen to use as bubbles in the tub which was in the directions to use
Loved everything about this trip! It was quiet, cozy, and the largest jaccuzzi I've seen! Even cozy robes hanging on door. Staff was so sweet and helpful. Exceptionally clean and cute decor. Kitchen well stocked. Even had free DVDs and popcorn! Plan to go again in Feb. A++++
The patio was great
Shower fixture to start the shower was so old hard to push open
The room was clean, spacious, and romantic. We needed a getaway. A perfect place to retreat. Staff friendly and super helpful with the area.
The bed was comfortable.
Location is walking distance to the Village shops and a short drive to the lake marina. Friendly staff accommondated my pet.
I LIKED EVERYTHING NICE QUIET COZY PRIVATE. ...
the beautiful view of nature
ceiling fan was very NOISY. IN UNIT #4
we stayed in the deluxe cabin number 6 and really had a great time. felt private with a view of the beautiful pine trees off the balcony. Great little kitchen to make dinner if you dont feel like going out for every meal! We will definitely be back!!
nothing to complain about!
Staff was very helpful, the area was beautiful, it was very relaxing and we had a very good time
Everything we needed was provided. there were even dishes available for use and separate kitchen sink, toaster, DVD player. pretty much anything you may need for a comfortable stay was there. plus the keepers of the property were wonderful.
This place was so cozy and adorable. My girlfriend, who is very particular, was as happy as she could be. The room was clean and the cabin itself looked like it had been very recently painted. The jacuzzi was very clean and the water was hot...almost too hot really (you have to be careful about that - their directions made the tub extremely hot). The fireplace was a really nice touch and the TV was a new flat screen HDTV. We were extremely happy we decided to go with this place. Oh and it's in a great location...wooded and close the village area.
The kitchenette area could use an update and the carpet could too. But that's kind of nitpicking...neither of those things were bad. This place had little to complain about.
The staff was very friendly. The accommodations were very comfortable. Great location, close to everything, but still felt like you were out of the main drag.
This place was perfect getaway for me and my hubby we live in los Angeles so we just wanted a weekend getaway and it was amazing very clean and quite the tub was amazing as well and clean!!! We will definitely be back.
The cleaning people came into our roo When we were there and they switched out our towels n trash can but didn't make the bed. I thought that was kinda rude. Normally cleaning crew does that in every hotel or motel but that's probably my only complaint.
There was nothing about this place as a vacation spot that I didn't like. The location is perfect in regards to the village and recreation areas. The jacuzzi and fire place make for a perfect bit of relaxation and romance. If I had to come up with a complaint it's the weak wifi signal. But normally I wouldn't need it when vacationing so that's a super minor complaint. I highly recommend you choose this spot for any getaway to big bear.
Very accommodating - we pulled in with a large truck and trailer with motorcycles. We had plenty of room to offload. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I will stay with them again.
The king size bed was a little soft
Bed, jacuzzi, fireplace, fridge with freezer, microwave, small toaster oven, toaster, sink with dish's, nice covered parking right beside cabin, covered front patio......
The location is great, the decor is adorable. I liked that there is space around and in each room so that it doesn't feel like a motel.
It is too complicated to use the jacuzzi, so we didn't. There was also no comfortable indoor seating other than kitchen chairs.
close to the village
There were only 2 small windows and the cabin felt claustrophobic
