Verry clean, Good breakfast.

liked the location, close to state line, close to beach, close to shopping, close to restaurants, room was large, clean, smelled nice, had all the basics one needs, etc.

No elevator, walls were thin, mattress was too soft, maid service did not make the bed or refill our coffee supplies

Smelled wonderful. Staff was amazing. Friendly and accomdating. Loved that dogs were able to stay and the fact you couldn't tell that dogs had stayed there. Would stay there again. Affordable!

Bathroom was a little rundown and hard to get the water Temp just right.

The rooms were not very sound-proof. You can here everything. But there is a loud fan in the room that you can use to block the noise.

The only thing we did not like was the beds were to hard

I liked the location.all of the entertainment and food was within walking distance.. The room was very clean,quiet and they offered breakfast.

I didnt like that the rooms didnt have a small kitchen or the hotel didnt have a gym or health to work out..

Average and old is the only good thing I can say.

The breakfast was nothing but cold carbs and we didn't eat there. It shouldn't be mentioned as a "perk".

Great location in South Lake Tahoe, very close to both gondola to the ski slopes and beaches on the Lake. Very nice staff and comfortable room which made sure our stay was very pleasant. You can't find better value for money.

Sound isolation was not perfect and we could hear kids from the room next to ours. Luckily they went to bed early.

Great motel! The price was very very good, and it offered much more than I expected for this kind of price. The room is well stocked with some snacks you can buy, free coffee making facilities, also of good size and very very clean. The beach is not far away (5-10 min walk) which is a plus.

Beware of construction site in front of motel - there was no construction going on so it didn't bother us, but may spoil the view. Also the breakfast could've been better.

What a great place to stay! We stayed here in the off-season and had a great stay. Staff was very nice, breakfast in the morning had lots of variety, and the location is great and close to downtown. When we return to this area we will definitely stay here again.

AC was a little loud. Didn't stop us from having a good nights sleep though.

The only thing was the toilet would keep running. Had to wiggle the handle...lol

We had to put up with a dog barking for 3 hours..barking and barking...I Called the office to complain and they called the room...I Knew no one was there...Then they came home a little after midnight and the dog shut up....Then they proceeded to have a drunken rave until 3AM...no security showed up at all...so I got 3 hours of sleep...There should have been someone to handle this room...I Banged on their door to no avail...I Am not happy...

One of the cleanest motels I've stayed. Excellent location and amenities. You cannot beat for the price.

Very good value for money! The room was clean and comfortable. Not a fancy hotel but it was perfect for us. Free parking, continental breakfast and wifi. Room equiped with micro, fridge and coffeemaker. The laundry is good.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and welcome. The facilities are not new, but they are kept very clean and the staff were all nice and helpful. There was an issue with my sink and it was fixed within hours by very professional staff. The breakfast granola and yogurt were delicious. The gondola is a short two block walk and not difficult in ski boots. Nice view of Heavenly from my window.

No screen on the bathroom window and the heater, which I didn't need much, was either off or on and didn't regulate itself. But, I was comfortable and cozy nonetheless.

I was very tired and arrived early, staff told me they had a busy day but in a short time they let me check in early so i then took a nap thank you for accomodating me

Loved Erica who was the person who checked us in. She was so friendly and patient with us. The room had this warm feeling. I actually wanted to make coffee and I don't even drink coffee. We will be definately be staying again.

Arrived as day was getting cold and room with gas fire was so lovely and warm and welcoming. When fuse in bathroom blew it was fixed within half an hour. Breakfast included properly cooked porridge as well as decent muesili and yoghurt that wasn't oversweet like most free breakfasts. Location near main road but far enough away to be quiet.

That the kids had their own bathroom in their room. The staff was friendly, even if we had kids. :-)
