Hotel Bijou  

The location was perfect for us! This hotel is just two blocks away from where our son works, so it was very easy to meet up with him after work.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and I really can't find any negatives.

Location: very close to the convention center, shops, and BART station.

The streets around the hotel are little bit noisy in early morning, but not much can be duone about it...

The persons on the reception were very helpful! They give us a lot of recommandations.

The location is great. Just 3 minutes away from the metro station that goes to and from the airport. very convenient. We had just half a day to explore San Francisco and with the hotel being so near to everything.. we managed to do a lot of sightseeing- Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 39 and Fisherman's wharf and we even took the famous trolley back to the hotel as it was only minutes from it. There was complimentary coffee and tea. LOVE IT!

wished TV and bed was bigger and lower floor was noisy because of the streets. lots of weed-smelling hobos around the area but I guess it's normal in the city centre.

A most helpfull receptionist ( brenda ) ! We allways forget some item, and she did a nice job helping to locate it. Thankyou

La posizione è buona per visitare la città..vicino alla fermata della burt dall'aeroporto .....la pulizia dell'hotel sufficiente..ma tutto sommato lo consiglio..nell' hotel c'è anche una proiezione di film ambientati a san francisco

Very central location, friendly staff, cute little cinema!

Is a tiny bit shabby. Doors to rooms have a one inch gap at the bottom - needed to cover it with bed spread to stop corridor light shining in, very odd! Would have felt uncomfortable staying here alone due to amount of homeless on streets - although this is in no way the hotels fault!

It was cold cuz ac was broken and they didnt mention at the first, let me know when i already stayed the day.

2 blocks away from safer part of neighborhood. Felt unsafe on my own.

It was not expensive

The area is really bad. There are a lot of homeless people roaming around the street and trying to sell you drugs.

La ubicación es buena; tiene el encanto de tener un aire acogedor , clásico y tranquilo . El personal es amable y te orienta muy bien cuando llegas y necesitas información.

Creo que ,por el precio que tiene, debería renovar el mobiliario, ya bastante caduco y en el baño, la zona del lavavo, no tiene apenas repisa para poner las cosas. También resulta penoso, la cantidad de indigentes que transitan por las calles colindantes. Da aspecto de inseguridad y originan bastante alboroto.

La déco originale et l emplacement (attention toute fois le soir). La personne de garde de nuit qui nous a fait un accueil enthousiaste et bien documenté.

Le bruit à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur. Les draps et oreillers taches à notreaarrivée. La literie vieille. La personne de jour qui n a pas dû entendre nos hi et hello polis le matin.
