Bill's Gamblin' Hall and Saloon  

we checked out after 2 nights and moved. beds were very uncomfortable. noisy and not clean enough. Restaurant food was awfull. Had a steak that tasted nothing like any steak in the world. we became ill and spent 4 straight nights in bed at another resort. worst holiday in 45 years of travelling.

I loved the location and and the mattresses they were so comfortable

That I thought I had already paid for the room and was charged agin at check out. Also sorry that they gonna close down and remodel for 18 months

everything about bills is to our liking this is the second time we have stayed there the first time was for four weeks this time was for three weeks

No large blankets on bed; non-functioning pool and jacuzzi; had to pay for standard items like toothbrushes, etc; less-than-favorable interactions w/ front-line staff; non-functioning elevators, etc...

Room was spacious and clean. Free parking onsite. No resort fee. Great location right in front of Bellagio.

If you want to check in earlier, they will charge you extra fee.

Strip Location

Booking.com totally screwed up my reservation details. Wrong name, address and wrong dates.

Excellent location right in the middle of the strip. Large, comfortable room with a big, soft bed, and view on the strip. Always enough parking space in the hotel's garage.

Front desk staff was a bit curt.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the strip, waking distance from Flamingo, Ceasar and Bellagio. Room was clean so was the bathroom.

A little bit old style, smell of cigarettes expecially in the elevators.

Low key. Great location, Good and cheap restaurant. Clean, spacious rooms. Really doesn't matter as the hotel is closing in Feb. '13 for a year for total renovation into a boutique hotel.

Noise level from street intolerable even with double glazed windows. Noise on the other side from the air/heat mechanicals was also pretty loud. Hopefully, the new hotel will have better soundproofing. Given the location, it won't be a cheap stay after the renovation.

The Location is perfect, right where I would call the middle of the Strip, even had a view of the Belagio fountains, but the price is extremely good value. The rooms are large and ideal for a short stay without costing much at all.

Its not a high rise hotel and so there is a some street noise. Checking in even 40mins before 3pm would have incured an additional charge. There is no free wifi.

I had to pay for receiving some packages that i ordered online. Small packages 10 USD, bigger ones 20 USD. Very noisy Air conditioner.

We loved this hotel. It looks old fashioned but it's so full of character. The staff are friendly & helpful. For a small fee we were offered a room overlooking the Bellagio hotel. We watched the fountains easily. It was easy to find & on the strip & central for everything. The restaurants had great food. We have already recommended this hotel as we loved it so much. It is very cheap & we will definitely return
