Some up grading was done but definitely an older hotel. Bed was comfortable however was very high. It was a good thing that there was a bed rail on the side otherwise I would have had trouble getting into bed
No elevator and my husband has difficulty walking distance and we were on the second floor. Room was warm and no A/C that I could find. Opened the window but had to close as to windy and doors ratted
No saunta, breakfast for only 1 hour. Overpriced
Pet friendly. Really comfortable Queen Bed.
Hallways a bit smelly. Vents need cleaning.
A short walk to a food coop called Good Earth with an exceptional deli and friendly staff:) I just stayed one night but if you were to stay longer they had everything to make the stay comfortable - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ironong board, hairdryer, etc. And the room had a nice little balcony and functioning windows:)
The heavy smell of cleaning agents - but open the windows and turn on the fan and go for a walk and enjoy the balcony.
I have some minor disabilities, got in very late at night, and the staff was really helpful. They assisted me to a room, modified the room assignment to make it easier for me, and went above and beyond to assist me the following morning. Very polite and courteous. When in Billings, this is where I'll stay.
I LOVED the bed...it was so comfy and clean. The room was nicely furnished and loved the refrigerator and microwave. Good job!
The TV was a bit confusing to operate as there were two remotes and no instructions. I had to call the front desk to help get channels.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was great as you can walk into town or get onto the freeway with ease.
It's an older hotel and the bathrooms could use an update but they were not bad-just old. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor but found this to be the case in several places we stayed during this trip.
Easy access to the main street.
I had problems with how to operate the TV
parking was good location was convenient and it was mostly quiet.
the shower had mold on the walls the towel bar was loose and the air cond was turned off for the season and the room we had was on the west side od the sun made the room rather warm by late afternoon when trying to tell the clerk the problems he said he didn't want to hear about it we felt he was vey rude none of the other workers were they were helpful and cheery
the friendliness of the front desk person.
kind of older room , musty type smell but comfortable.
Very good bed
unable to get room on lower level' With poor knees it was hard to do steps.
Staff was extremely friendly despite our late arrival
the bed was comfortable
The room was filthy, and the sewer had backed up into the shower. We were moved to another room, there was urine at the base of the toilet in that room. The cleaning staff was rude, she told me if I didn't like it that we should go someplace else. Yes she did say that! The front desk staff lied to Bookings.com, told them that we checked in before 4 in the afternoon and in essence we had booked in after 9 pm, went out for a bite to eat, came back to the room did the inspection and went to the desk and put our concerns forward. We were blamed for making the room filthy, when in essence we spent 10 minutes in the first room and only about 5 in the 2nd room. Bookings should be ashamed to have them on their list of hotels.
Professionalism of check in. No smoking on the premise. Everything was neat and orderly; a couple of things needed fixed or adjusted and were promptly addessed
Bathroom floor was not clean enough for me; a couple of other things needed fixed or adjusted.
With Booking.com, room was good (clean, bed was good)
Return trip we stayed and the bed was old, hard, had bugs (should have been burnt). Bathrooms were filthy both trips (shower tile, corners and wall edges). Ice machine was not working. When staff were told of this I was told, "hunh, there's a store down the street..."
Staff was very helpful providing local information. It's a six-block walk to several decent restaurants.
Staff was friendly and helpful room was comfortable
The room needed to be cleaned a little more
it's a great value for the money; little, older place, but the rooms are great, furnishings are nicer than the minimum they could get away with, and location near downtown is good. I had my dog, and they didn't charge an arm and a leg for her.
THE QUIETNESS AT NIGHT.
THAT WE COULDN'T EVEN CANCEL WITH THREE DAYS NOTICE AND THE ROOMS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE AND DIRTY.
Big bed, comfortable, quiet room, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, private balcony, value for money, friendly owners
Needs an update
Close to downtown. Although not much there. Balcony. Quiet. Security good. Friendly staff.
Sugary breakfast. Nowhere to eat it - in the small reception with guests wheeling bags through it.
Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Needs updating, and better cleaning. Dirty baseboards that were coming off the walls in the bathroom, dingy old green carpet, nasty blankets that I had to put on the floor before I touched the bed. I went to open the curtains in the room and the whole curtain rod fell off. Just cheaply done.
Wifi worked; there was hot water. My car did not get broken into.
Being verbally abused on the phone by the young woman at the front desk (daughter in the family) who behaved very unprofessionally toward me. The heat was turned off when the temperature was in the mid-50s F overnight (one should have the option to have heat when paying more than $80 per night for a room). The room needed competent maintenance: vertical blinds were falling out, the area behind the bed was scary, and the fitted sheet did not fit the mattress and kept coming off. There was an infestation of large yellowjackets (stinging bees) just outside where guests park their cars. I had to ask for my receipt. Improvement is warranted for this hotel.
Good location- 10 minute walk to nice downtown area. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
Fan in bathroom loud.
It was clean and the staff was excellent and for a downtown motel quiet.
I should have gone with my instinct and booked at a more familiar place.
