People were very friendly and made us feel welcome!
We needed a no frills place to sleep. We arrived very late and were off very early. It's very hard to justify tossing down more than a hundred dollars (at other places) for a comfortable, clean stay. The value for the money was awesome! The bed... Super comfy.
Little mildew in shower, noise of being downtown, the safety lock from the inside was non existent.
Room was too warm--control wouldn't lower the temperature
Friendly, accomodating, picked me up from the airport.
love that you can park there before a trip and its only minutes to the airport and its cheaper too!
mouse in room made me very uncomfortable that there may be others. Shoddy shower
The only thing that was pleasant about our stay at The Western Inn was the man who checked us out. He was very kind and advised us of road conditions. His kindness and consideration were very much appreciated.
The room was incredibly dirty. There were stains, cigarette burns, and ice melt all over the floor. The blanket on the bed was covered in dog and human hair. The microwave was splattered with food. Dust covered every surface. We got a good rate on the room, $74 including tax, but we could have received a better deal and a clean room at Motel6.
Checked in late, staff was rude, it was obvious that the criminal element rented by the week, and the room was awfully filthy...It was below zero outside or we would have left immediately.. We couldn't wait for the sun to come up so we could leave
We had mold and mildew all over in our shower. I wouldn't let my child shower in that. Behind the bathroom for want cleaned for months it looked like. Would not stay again.
Apparently if you check in after midnight there is a late check in fee. Also you apparently are required to inform the hotel if you are going to check in after 7. None of which I knew. I was coming back from my father's funeral the staff was so rude I thought she wasn't going to let me in. And since my flight was delayed I asked for a late check out and I was informed 1130 was the latest or my card would be charged another night. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if I was told a serial killer was staying at every other hotel in town. I would take my chances.
the staff is great. Very helpful.
The staff was wonderful an very sweet, and very ca and understanding.
The $64.00 cancel fee on a reservation I didn't mean to make is ridiculous and the bedding was old and worn, there was blood on the curtains, and the bathroom was moldy looking.
Nothing. The room was hot bad smell overpriced and down right nasty
Nothing. This room shouldn't be over 20.00. And that would be to much.
the motel was under roof construction with workers actually working and hammering on the roof , all of that was not disclosed at the time of booking . the owner was extremely rood . worst experience in a long time
Nearly everything Your rating of the facility
Free ride to airport from the hotel.
Charging for additional fee for late check in,even already called. problem with airlines.
The maid service was prompt and did a good job of cleaning up.
There was much that was in disrepair, namely the air conditioner. The beds were horribly uncomfortable; I woke with an aching back each morning. The hotel itself is challenging to get to as it is in the middle of a series of one-way streets.
Ease of check in, friendliness of check in clerk, quietness of room, comfort of bed, and the price was right. It would be nice if all the taxes were included in the stated price.
Didn't like the old and dirty carpet - was glad I took my slippers so I didn't have to put my feet down on it during my night trips.
The price was low, until they added a few taxes, a 'service charge' and highest pet charge in 1 wk of travel. By the end it was 40% higher than advertised. Room was awful. Couldn't wait to leave.
Location was ok. Kind of seedy neighborhood. Nice office staff. Great wifi service
Dirt in the corners of bathroom. Cops came to call on a room just down the hall. Could never figure out how to get the tv to work.
Some up grading was done but definitely an older hotel. Bed was comfortable however was very high. It was a good thing that there was a bed rail on the side otherwise I would have had trouble getting into bed
No elevator and my husband has difficulty walking distance and we were on the second floor. Room was warm and no A/C that I could find. Opened the window but had to close as to windy and doors ratted
No saunta, breakfast for only 1 hour. Overpriced
Pet friendly. Really comfortable Queen Bed.
Hallways a bit smelly. Vents need cleaning.
A short walk to a food coop called Good Earth with an exceptional deli and friendly staff:) I just stayed one night but if you were to stay longer they had everything to make the stay comfortable - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ironong board, hairdryer, etc. And the room had a nice little balcony and functioning windows:)
The heavy smell of cleaning agents - but open the windows and turn on the fan and go for a walk and enjoy the balcony.
I have some minor disabilities, got in very late at night, and the staff was really helpful. They assisted me to a room, modified the room assignment to make it easier for me, and went above and beyond to assist me the following morning. Very polite and courteous. When in Billings, this is where I'll stay.
