Score from 40 reviews Wonderful
room was very clean.
Hallway carpet is ragged and looks dirty.
Wish the pool was open longer.
Swimming pool was great.
It was very quit for the size of the motel. We got lost going to the pool one night the pool was mt and quit. We would stay a second time.
The top of the frig was dusty So we left a note to the fact
The lobby was beautiful and the lounge was fun. Extra comfy pillows!! Loved the free wifi
The facility is all one floor in a big circle, so to get anywhere you have to walk a mile around the whole building. Also, our room was not cleaned throughout our stay and free breakfast would have been awesome!
The actual beds were very comfortable
The bedding had stains, but they came and changed them as soon as we called.. To many little kids playing in the hot tub.. They should do 9pm-12 adults only
We got bites from bugs not sure what kind of bugs
There were food crumbs on the chairs when we arrived. I had to clean out hair from the drain so I could put the stopper in for my son's bath. I try not to think whether it was clean or not. Wet towel on floor was black from dirt on bathroom floor after his bath. I paid for water slide for my son, the other eight people using it did not, attendant didn't care.
It was quiet and comfortable
stairs and hallways were not completely clean and the wallpaper in the room needed replaced.
I liked the pool. The beds were pretty comfortable.
The front desk lady when I checked in was RUDE! Other staff was nice. No breakfast
had to pay extra to use slides in the pool. Staff was rude. Wouldn't apply military discount. Room wouldn't stay cool. Hair dryer wouldn't work, had to fix it myself.
On our way out, the house keeper followed us and gave us a pillow we had left behind!
everything but hot tub and pool
hot tub and pool were very dirty water was ok everything around was pretty nasty hot tub sides and wall and such. slides had dirt build up on them
1 day our room wasnt cleaned
The decor of the room and beautiful inner courtyard
The quality of the coffee and dirty bedspread
Extreme fluctuations in temperatures during showers were annoying.
Complimentary airport shuttle
No shuttle services other than to/from airport. Not very close to alternative dining options
The pool area
The beds were comfy, the rooms were quiet, the staff was great!! The pool was very clean and fun for the kids. It was the most relaxing trip in a while. I will go back!!
The room service was slow, and I didn't realize we had to pay additional to use the pool. Although it was only $3 a wrist band I would have liked to know before hand. Traveling with kids that add's up.
The price is only good if booked online. It's not worth the hotels regular price.
Paying to use the water slides every day. The halls and stairways are really dirty. We were there 4 nights not once was the stairs cleaned (this was our entrance to the hotel) Looking at my neighbor's breakfast dishes on the floor all day and evening.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was roomy. It was great having the fridge and microwave in the room.
The shower curtain smelled bad and needed to be cleaned.
Pool area was great for all family members from 3 year old to 63 year old! Loved the duck families in the courtyard.. Sisters said restaurant food (breakfast) was good portion size, taste and reasonably priced.
Extreme fluctuating temperatures in showers-hot/cold without touching temp handle. Internet was fine for me but my sisters had problems being "kicked off" and when switching to another page would have to log in each time.
parking lot work
We appreciated that we were placed in a room far away from the convention that was going on. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and did a great job. Restaurant was very good.
No toddler sized wading pool.
Courtyard , ducks, ponds, swimming pool, waterslides, quiet, secure, easy access to interstate and shopping.
I still feel anything over $70 a night is to much. I also like to have the option of a free continental breakfast. And yes those prices and places do exist, just not in your town.
