Listing said breakfast was included with stay but it was not. My husband made the reservation, so perhaps he was mistaken

pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for a reasonable price. Comfortable and quiet even though near the 101 and montague expressway.

Toilet paper was cheap, it tore and shredded. Need upgrade. King bed may be the standard, but it made a small room smaller, Try a queen instead--room will be bigger, sheets smaller, maids work faster, and washing easier. No one will know the difference.

Didnt get a breakfast coupon at check in, caused a problem at breakfast. However it was resolved in the end Evening food quality in hotel bar was poor and expensive

I enjoyed the touch of class the Biltmore Hotel & Suites has to offer. With an onsite restaurant, bar, and activities their is no reason to leave the hotel. High quality and respectful employee's this place is much more then a delight to stay at.

I was caught off guard from some additional charges to my bill, which where perfectly explained to me later. Again hands down the staff at this establishment are very professional/polite.

The location was good for our needs. The property is clean and well presented. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location close to the San Jose airport with free shuttle service. The staff were very kind and helpful! The breakfast was nice and a good selection.

It is a very nice facility. Has everything availible one would need at a hotel.

The rate was excellent. But it was seperate from the main hotel ! This was not evident to me when making the reservation from internet. Pictures were of suites. My room was small but very nice. Felt I was in the budget section.

Our main reason we stayed at this hotel was we had an early morning flight out of San Jose airport and didn't want to drive. The hotel offered a free airport shuttle, staff was friendly, and room was clean and comfy. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi by the pool to relax in. I would recommend this hotel and would return if I needed to stay in the area.

Can't think of anything that we found unpleasant.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Shuttle bus service was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was good especially they had an option for chazuke: Japanese rice, soup, and other Japanese ingredients (especially fresh seaweed! - I was very pleasantly surprised)

You can't open the windows so inside the room the air has a stale quality, almost an odor, but nothing serious.

The sheets in our room had not been changed when we first arrived, and were blood-stained. The staff was quick to come and change all of our bedding, and give us complimentary drink coupons to use in their restaurant. When we tried to use these coupons that stated good towards one beer or wine, we were told that the beer we ordered was not covered with these coupons, only their house wine or beer was covered. Before arrival, the hotel told us that their shuttle would take us within a five-mile radius, but when we tried to use the shuttle, we were informed that they would only take us to a limited number of technology businesses within a three-mile radius. Also were looking forward to using the pool, and it was closed for three straight days.

The gym needs updating. As a busines traveler, this is very imporant to me.

My friend and I had dinner in the dining room. Sorry, no one else was there. We had a fabulous dinner of salmon. Excellent food and service. Too bad more guests chose not to eat there!

Banquet food not as good. . Planes taking off all night. Noisy.

Quiet, comfortable room. Excellent mattress. Both the evening courtesy reception and the breakfast were very good. Adam, at the check-in desk, was exceptionally courteous and helpful.
